0 communication skills from any Pep Boys location I’ve ever been to. Once again disappointed by the lack of customer service this company allows. Waiting all day for an update on my car and they close in 30 minutes and I had to contact them for any update on my car.

I have never had quicker service anywhere! I needed a battery installed, the battery had to be ordered from their Colfax location.
I am not kidding, Dakota and crew had me waiting less than 15 minutes! UNREAL!

This location was friendly and super helpful. They gave me a full diagnostic report free of charge and did an amazing job on the work that needed to be done. Very open and honest about the vehicle issues and even provided an itemized statement.

This place is a joke and waste of time! Every time I have came here it has been an issue. First I am pretty sure they blew up my sons Cadillac by not putting oil in it when we did an oil change. Can’t prove it but he took it in for oil and drove away. The car broke down 5 miles away and we had it towed back and they covered it up. Just took in my car for tires and they will not even do that saying I have 4x4 wheels on the car and the ones I bought are 2 wheel drive tires. Like that is even a thing, wanting me to buy more tires. Clowns, straight clowns

They backed my car into another car while pulling out of the bay. Then, I had to ask them to put my spare tire back as I was leaving because they just left it in the back of my car. They also ran my credit card twice, authorizing charges to the point of me not being able to use it for other purchases. I was almost in tears by the time I left. I’ll never go back.

I thought this location would have been a little bit more helpful and professional but instead I was told that I was incorrect about the findings and they didn't take any additional steps to reassure me of any other issues and when it was time to go, a tech made a very smartass remark and said that "I would need to speed 80 90 mph in order to hear the sound" when clearly he heard it and he basically did not want to acknowledge it because it wasn't loud enough. They also didn't bother to show me the undercarriage of the vehicle which they had mentioned that they would have to show if there were any issues or at least pictures and none of which they followed through with, I don't recommend this location.

Older man who was running the front desk was extremely rude. Tried to tell my wife she needed five different things worked on or she wasn’t going to be able make out of the city. He got outwardly annoyed when I asked for our key back AFTER we had paid. Do yourself a favor and seek service elsewhere.
