I was approached to have a call with Heath. I was informed that it would be marketing and SEO services. Instead his pitch was to create a new website and my current website was not able to be used to increase SEO. When I told him I wasn't interested, he stated this isn't a sales call it was a client perspective call to see if he wanted to work with me. He sounds scammy and not confident in whatever he is trying to sale. I would caution anyone doing business with him. His own website is not the best.

Heath did amazing work on my website! He got it done quickly and I am extremely pleased with the result. After a horrible experience with another web developer it was a breath of fresh air to have someone that listened to what I needed and got it done. He even came to the shop and explained everything to me in person. Affordable, professional, and personable.

I needed a relatively simple website built so that I could have an online presence, but I did not need it to generate "business" in any way--just to inform people who might be searching for me on the internet who I am and how to get in touch with me. Heath helped me lay out several pages with text, photos, and a video which served that purpose, and he was both instructive and responsive throughout our dealings. Personable Media's capabilities were far greater than what I required, but I was treated with respect and understanding nonetheless. I strongly recommend them, especially if you have complex website requirements.
