Decent prices and selection. Unfortunately, the store is often out of the food my cat loves and we all know how picky cats can be… I was told that someone would get ahold of me once the food was back in the shelf and that never happened, it has resulted in me ordering from Chewy. However, it seems that recently the problem is not as bad. I will stop by for other items like litter and diffusers, though. Most of the employees are pleasant, but it seems like we get followed a lot, which is quite insulting considering how much we’re there and how much we spend.

The customer service at this store is abysmal! I have had issues with the rude young staff before, but this weekend was the last straw. We asked for help from the three staff members standing at the front of the store, one of which being the manager, and they paged overhead for someone to help us. We waited and waited and no one ever came. Finally I decided that it wasn't worth the wait and headed to the front of the store. The "manager" was looking down the isle at us; apparently he couldn't be bothered to come help. As we approached the counter to check out he then offered to get someone to help... Now I understand why the customer service is so bad with this guy running the show. I will never return to this location.
