Megan has been the most. I own two new puppy husky’s and just started this journey extremely nervous. I came up to the counter and she saw my new babies, saw what i had, and mentioned I needed a little more to take care of them. I’m leaving this review a month later because what she recommended has helped me beyond belief. We come back weekly to grab toys, food, and a friendly smile from Megan. Great hire.

I come to this location often for my dog food since they always have it in stock. I get the rest of my dog’s supplies from Amazon though since everything is tripled in price in comparison to Amazon.

Horrible experience with grooming. I had came over a year ago and they miss treated my dog. I decided to come again thinking it would be different due to how long ago it had been, my dog came out with an awful haircut, cuts all over his body ESPECIALLY his neck. He was obviously uncomfortable when they handed him back, and was behaving abnormal afterwards, he looked extremely stressed. As soon as I seen his neck I let the groomer know (her name was Krysten) she was extremely rude and gave me different reasonings why he had cuts on his neck, and took no accountability. He didn’t go in like that and sadly he was returned a different dog physically and mentally. She made a whole ruckus about it, and didn’t give me his paper work back nor his collar. Next day asked for his collar back and they had lied and said they didn’t have it, until I spoke to someone else is when I was told they had it. Also she had called a day before three times to ask to change the appointment for an earlier time and the day of the appointment called twice after I said no. Extremely unprofessional and had the worst customer service. The most unfortunate thing is they are treating living things as objects.

Came out of our way because this store had the Senior dog food we use. Put in my phone number for points reward. For whatever reason it didn't show our points. Aggravating.

Grooming cancelled my appointment 1 hour prior and didn't call me or notify via email. So I asked to talk to the Petsmart manager and she told me that they emailed and called so they didn't do anything wrong and was rude and walked away when I asked for her name.

Literally no one answers the phone. We have Covid at the moment and need to ask questions around having a friend pick up our cat’s prescription food.
I’ve called 3 times to ask for help have been put on hold for several minutes just to then be hung up on and not helped. Would not recommend this location at all!!
