The workers are usually kind there. Today the second lane light was on the lady paggy had a long day but bad attitude she said I’m closed and pointed to the lady in the other lane and expected her to ring her out. It’s not the fact that she said she was closed and rang up the other costumer it’s how she said it and was mumbling beneath her breath with attitude. Something like I’m sorry sir but ima ring her up and I will be closing this lane would be just fine. Luckily the Gentleman that rang me up was kind. Be kind to your customers and don’t talk to them like you would talk to your dog’s

This has always been my go to department pet store. I was raised in Arvada and actually got my first pets from this store. They have a great selection of fish and are currently remodeling the entire fish section. Can’t wait to see the outcome. Always friendly staff as well!

moved to colorado 4 years ago during covid. we used this vet while transitioning and trying to find a new home vet. Our dog started having issues with his leg - we did x-rays through you guys and you assured us repeatedly that there was no tear in any ligament.. after multiple visits at this location nothing was being resolved with his leg. you only suggested "joint supplements" fast forward to 2-4 years later you guys missing the tear has caused endless problems. not only was it a tear it was a full torn acl and full torn meniscus and due to it being missed it has caused more problems. pet owners do yourselves a favor and go to a real vets office. this is equivalent to a super cuts you're getting low budget trained vets and staff that do not give the proper care to your animal. stay away from the vets at this location specifically.

Megan has been the most. I own two new puppy husky’s and just started this journey extremely nervous. I came up to the counter and she saw my new babies, saw what i had, and mentioned I needed a little more to take care of them. I’m leaving this review a month later because what she recommended has helped me beyond belief. We come back weekly to grab toys, food, and a friendly smile from Megan. Great hire.

I was disappointed in my visit with petsmart grooming this go-around. Kelley D. was very pushy and seemed like she was rushing the entire time from drop off to pick up. Made me nervous for my furbaby.. They called me that my dog would be ready in 20 mins and I said “ok I will be there shortly”. They called me again 30 minutes later to see where I was, as I was pulling into the parking lot. That's only 10 minutes of her waiting! When I got there she was waiting for me at the door with my dog and I didn't even get to examine her—she was almost pushing me out the door. They didn't give me her bandana or bow either. Very poor customer service on their part!! However, I do want to add my first time here was with Kristyn and she was very kind and wonderful. This being said, I Will not be back.

Horrible experience with grooming. I had came over a year ago and they miss treated my dog. I decided to come again thinking it would be different due to how long ago it had been, my dog came out with an awful haircut, cuts all over his body ESPECIALLY his neck. He was obviously uncomfortable when they handed him back, and was behaving abnormal afterwards, he looked extremely stressed. As soon as I seen his neck I let the groomer know (her name was Krysten) she was extremely rude and gave me different reasonings why he had cuts on his neck, and took no accountability. He didn’t go in like that and sadly he was returned a different dog physically and mentally. She made a whole ruckus about it, and didn’t give me his paper work back nor his collar. Next day asked for his collar back and they had lied and said they didn’t have it, until I spoke to someone else is when I was told they had it. Also she had called a day before three times to ask to change the appointment for an earlier time and the day of the appointment called twice after I said no. Extremely unprofessional and had the worst customer service. The most unfortunate thing is they are treating living things as objects.
