This is just unbelievable. You require 30 days notice to cancel but close within 2 days of giving members notice. You cannot tell me that "negotiations" with the landlord fell through and we're court ordered to close in 2 days. You had already closed Lakewood and the Centennial location and now Arvada. Also, membership dues were taken out the day, THE DAY, before closing. What a bunch of crooks. I think I feel most sorry for some of the employees who worked there who are now out of a job.

TO GET OUT OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP you only have to email peak payment with a signed lease (find online ?) saying you are moving to a new address 25 miles away from this gym. I hope this helps other members like me!They sold me a membership in the morning and that same evening released a letter saying the gym would be closing in two days. Now they won't let me cancel my membership even though I was sold the membership fraudulently with no information about the gym closing. But because I'm still allowed to use the gym in Aurora or Fort Collins technically I still have to pay my membership for two months and then give them 30 days notice to cancel. Meanwhile I'm out $300 for two days I got to use the gym.

I have been a member here since 2015, it’s a great gym in an ideal location. West Arvada, has an excellent demand for a great gym. Prestige used to be elite, but they let all the good trainers go and let the facility degrade. It’s really disappointing to think you’ve been helping build a great gym community in your neighborhood instead your gym is owned by someone who can’t figure out a lease. Imagine Kronke could build a gym, but can’t manage a lease. No notice closure is completely unprofessional and I want to give these guys a break. It’s really hard to figure out why people can’t run a gym. If you can’t or won’t manager a lease I’m not certain the new gym will be worth my time, money, or dedication.

Criminals. They closed this gym without notice. A piece of paper hanging on the door. They can close without notice, but then tell me I have to provide 30 days notice to cancel. How is this equitable? So now I have to pay two months without a gym.Furthermore, no one returns phone calls, the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message and emails are not returned.Strong work, neighbors.

Same experience as Dustin Smoot. They closed and I tried to cancel. They outsourced the cancelation process. I told them they shut the Gym down with no notice, so they broke the contract. That didn't matter to them. I beat them to the punch. I called my credit card company and told them the situation and I blocked debits. The outsource billing contacted me today and asked for payment. No way is that happening. lol. Too bad. I really liked the gym.

I was a member here for 8 years. It’s always been pretty run down and the staff has really been young. There were never towels and the equipment broke down all the time. The Treadmills literally had a charger for a gen 1 I-Pod. ??. It was always a big joke to us. Anyway we stayed cause it was close, paid even when they closed in Covid. The other day I showed up and there was a sign on the door saying we’re closed and you now can go to the YMCA. No call, no email, no notification except on the Ap when i searched I could find it mixed in with a bunch of other stuff. The YMCA is cheaper than their fees…. So I decided to cancel. Good luck with that! You can’t get anyone on the phone, when you do it’s a different company and they say sorry we can’t help we’re not the same company…. they have a script about 30 days notice and ultimately screwed me out of $150. I understand contracts but their practices are shady and oh, I never signed a contract, I was never given the option. The one they sent was blank. Then when pressed they sent a “signed” one which i didn’t sign. It said VABV on the signature line l, I’m assuming when i signed up over the phone the Manger filled that in without telling me the terms. I’m making this post because I’m sick of Scammers. I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional, and I’d say unethical. And get your contract. Mine said 15 days AND I paid my last month when I enrolled.

Crooks. Closed their gym without notice and then tell me I have to give them a 30 notice to cancel. Are you kidding me? Unethical, unprofessional. Crooks.

They did the same exact closing at lakewood prestige. Took the membership fees a couple days before closing the doors with no notice . They said the rent went up and they couldn't afford it . I think there lying about the situation .

I was disappointed to learn of the gym's sudden closure due to lease agreement issues. Despite my attempt to cancel my membership promptly, Jason insisted on charging me for the next month, citing a 30-day notice in the contract. It's frustrating that Prestige can give a 3-day notice for closure but enforces a 30-day notice for cancellations. The timing was coincidentally right after yearly maintenance fees were charged to my account too, which raises questions. Transparent communication and ethical practices didn't seem to be in play. While I appreciate the offer to switch to the local Y, it wasn't my initial choice. Hoping for better communication and fair practices in the future.

Decent gym, machines, free weights, treadmills, elipticles, row machines, reclined cycles. Equipment in good condition, large locker room with sauna. Clean place not overcrowded which is why I left my previous gym.If you're looking for a Personal trainer I highly recommend Jake! 5 stars. He is passionate about what he does and truly cares about achieving your personal fitness goals. Jake is very knowledgeable and educated in fitness and nutrition and truly wants to help.

I absolutely love this gym. So much cleaner than any gym I’ve been too. Peyton was super helpful setting up my membership and showing me the facility. Equipment is great and so is the basketball court.

Nice, clean, good variety of equipment. But a gym without a real hack squat can't get 5 stars.

Moved to the Denver area and checked out Prestige Fitness because I saw they were locally owned and not a "corporate" gym. I'm so glad I did! My membership allows me to go to all 5 locations and each are unique and offer a variation of ammenities that I LOVE. This location has everything you need; towels, turf, basketball, spin studio, crossfit/Olympic lifting area, dry and steam saunas and an ideal location right by King's on 64th. When you visit Arvada, ask for Zach! And to those that write negative reviews about billing...it's a gym. Gyms have contracts to protect their business and their members. Read your contract and ask questions. You won't have any issues.

Had an absolutely amazing experience meeting several employees Zach the general manager took care of me and my family. Got to meet a trainer named Ben who I sat down with and told him my goals and the laundry list of injuries I have had over the years, he is so quick and thorough. His knowledge blows me away how this guy is not a doctor is beyond me! I can not stress enough you have to meet Zach and Ben.
