“I just want to thank Evan so much for his wonderful customer service and expertise in helping me print out a poster and pamphlets for my Grandma's memorial service! He helped me with the somewhat confusing process of printing out the templates correctly, and even laminated the poster I needed which made it look so nice! He even helped me with printing out the pamphlets folded so I didn't have to fold them myself. He called me promptly the next day when my prints were ready like he said he would. “I have been using this store for a while now, and they're always fast and friendly. Even with a lot of Amazon returns, if the self-serve kiosk isn't working, someone is always there to help and never makes me feel bad for having a lot of items, which I've experienced at other stores. I've had a couple of things with Amazon get delayed, and that's not the UPS store's fault, and when I've called them, they've been incredibly kind and helpful. It feels rare these days to get personal service like that, especially with a big shipping company.”
