T came highly recommended and has done an excellent job with my car. He's extremely trustworthy. If he tells you, you need some thing, you know that it's true. He doesn't ever upsell. And he also gives you the car equivalent of preventative, medicine advice.

T is the real deal. My Rav 4 had an oil leak and needed a quick repair. Walked away from a Big O that tried to scare me into spending over 4 grand and took my car to T. He gave me an honest opinion, a professional repair, and a reasonable price.

A few years ago, not long after I recently moved to this side of town, I was in need of someone to do some auto repair. My driver side window was no longer working, and this was a problem. I reached out to long time Yelper (Doug Y.) for a recommendation. He mentioned that he had always had good service in the past from Pro Image auto repair, and thatI might want to give them a chance. "T.", the proprietor, got me in for work in a timely fashion, and charged me a reasonable price for a fairly complicated repair. When I had a similar issue a few years later, I did not hesitate to come back to him for more work. Once again, I feel that I got very good value for the service receipt. Not cheap, but reasonable, and extremely competent.

I've been going to Pro Image for years. After I moved to Longmont, I still drive to Arvada for T's help. He is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain my options. There is never high pressure to do expensive repairs. He makes honest recommendations and is willing to spread out multiple repairs in order of priority as needed. Once I called him from Casper WY from a dealership who wanted to charge me $3K for a repair. T talked to the service rep and then told me to reset the sensors, drive around for 20 minutes. If the sensors came back on, get the repair. If they didn't, continue on my vacation to MT. Guess what? They didn't come back on and the car was fine! He saved me big time! An honest mechanic is worth gold. T is the best there is! I'll only buy makes that he works on and I'll drive an hour to Pro Image for all my repairs.
