Dislike everything about this service model under Canvas. This is not a community credit union. Wait in a long lines every time at the door while they carry their laptops around continuously reconnecting to their docking stations not make services quick or efficient. Our long time banker is no longer here and they only seem to hire entry level help. Treat people like a crowd and not personalized at all. Looking for a new credit union out of town.

Paulina was amazing today, I lost my business card and she promptly reprinted my cards and helped with my business’s accounts. Amazing employs, needs a raise!

the drive-thru atms have been broken more times than not for the last couple weeks. no clue what's wrong with them but it doesn't seem like they're putting much effort in to fix them. the weird thing is that there have been a couple days at least one of them was working fine but it hasn't lasted for long.

Incompetent, unhelpful and untrustworthy! I've been banking with Canvas for at least 15 years or more. Within the past year they've made all these "updates" to their website and app- terrible! All the updates were to just distance themselves from their clients! Now they rely on AI bots that won't help with anything at all! The tipping point? THEY WILL NOT PROTECT FROM DIGITAL FRAUD! Zelle fraud? Too bad! It's taken my nearly a month, after phone calls (which they hung up on me) and emails that were just a loop of no answers to find out they refuse to help clients with any digital fraud.

ZERO stars is not an option but that is the rating Canvas Credit Union deserves. Stay away from Canvas Credit Union. This institution doesn't care about helping people. It's all about collecting variable interest rates on Home Equity loans and forcing folks to lose their homes. You will NEVER pay their HELOC off unless you sell your home ! There's a special place for FI's of this ilk. Canvas: the Credit union that advocates for people losing their homes.

I stopped in to ask some questions about opening a business account, I may have not opened an account but Gio was beyond helpful. Would definitely consider opening an account in the future when my needs line up with Canvas better.

Unprofessional! Used to have loans with them. Now approved for a personal loan, then they decided I can’t get it. Ok, never coming back to Canvas!

I like CU, but very disappointed. I tried getting a loan to help get my credit fixed so I can improve my credit. But they said I was denied because I had some things on my credit. Well yes and that is why I was trying to fix it. But I think CU and Banks would rather keep profits then start helping people who work and trying to get ahead fix there financial situation. It's funny to know that payday loans are raking in the money that banks could have also but they would rather turn there eye one hard working people.

This is not a 2 star for Canvas just this location. Why is the customer service here so poor? Why are the wait times so long? Why are most of this locations employee so upset and rude all of the time? It has to be poor management. I've spoke with the assistant manager and he is super nice and sharp. If you ask to speak with the manager (Sara I think) you will understand the problem. She will walk by and tell her employee she doesn't have time to help or stand with customers with a look of complete irritation to her employee. Then proceed to sit at the table and stare out the window. As a manager, you know your position is to manage and help with issues or problems. If this is something you do not want to do or are incapable then the manager position is just not for you. Step it up Canvas. Employ managers who are not only willing but capable as well ?
