Very easy to rent a unit and move right in. Property manager Hanne was super sweet and helpful. She remembered which unit I’d moved into weeks ago, and apologized that previous tenant had left a couple of small items in the unit. Management took care of getting rid of them for me, so I didn’t have to do anything extra. Cell service in the building is pretty bad, and I frequently have trouble unlocking the doors and elevators with my phone. I don’t mind just putting in the code, but it can be repetitive when you’re trying to move things in and out. Overall, a great experience and happy there was a storage place so close to my temporary home!

Hanne provided great service when we needed to very quickly rent another unit as we were unloading our moving truck. Had another unit rented within 10 minutes! This place is clean and well maintained and the security seems good.

Raised my rent by 200% after a hear of renting with those guys and they have terrible hours with doors and elevators that will shut off on you and of course they have no real staff person to talk to. Gonna switch to a cheaper place soon.
