We've taken our '07 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Ez and his mechanics at Quality Auto 3 times now. Been very happy with the work they've done each time. The most recent work they did was on a tough job that involved having to saw 2 large, hardened clevis bolts apart to get the struts out. Then they replaced the control arms, struts and shocks, and did an alignment. They did a great job, the price was fair, and the car now drives and runs like it's practically brand new.
I highly recommend Quality Auto. They always give you honest info, a fair price and an outstanding repair job.

Great auto care, fast, no-nonsense service. But far more important, Ez is honest. As a single woman, this is the holy grail of characteristics you want in an auto shop. Can’t recommend enough! Just don’t make them so busy they can no longer get me in! 😊

This is the best shop I’ve ever used in 35 years of owning cars. Completely honest. Straight forward. Simply fantastic work. I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done on my vehicles. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need a sign… here’s a picture of the treasure at the end of the rainbow.

They were honest and fixed our minivan for a reasonable price. They were not afraid to tell me if their repair did not fix the issue, they would not be able to handle it, and I would need to go to the dealership. I was also happy they did not try to take advantage of me since I was in Colorado on a trip.

My friends and I were traveling to Arvada from out of state when my car started having issues. Connor was incredibly helpful and kind he took the time to diagnose what was wrong, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were safe to drive.
Thanks to their quick and honest service, we were able to get back on the road and safely make it back to Madison. It’s never fun to deal with car trouble while traveling, but the team there made it so much easier. Highly recommend if you need a reliable and trustworthy auto shop in the area!
