Suan was wonderful! There were issues getting the orders from the doctor and she patiently helped us through the process of getting everything we needed from them to get the appointment completed.

Brought my wife here since our primary said to go get blood taken asap for her hypothyroidism We came and realized it was just a walk in appointment. After my wife sat in there for 45 minutes with no one even talking to her or taking any information she ask another customer for more info and she informed us, not an employee, that we could make an appointment and come back. So we set an appointment for an hour later and ate lunch across the street. Can back at 1:25 to find out that their system did not set the appointment and she is back to waiting in the lobby for over an hour again, and once again staff telling her sorry it’s all on the sign in computer which no staff member apparently can help with.
After all this, the blood testing was labeled urgent and should have been submitted to our doctor by 3:00pm, when we arrived to her doctors at 4:30 so she could get new meds, she was unable to because they failed to send over any blood results and won’t until Monday. So due to their negligence we have wasted a doctors trip and another agonizing weekend for my wife.
Absolutely pitiful operations going on here.
Update: it took until Wednesday morning to get results back from this place.
This was URGENT and they took 5 days to get this done. Beware.

I was a walk in patient. Although 3 people were ahead of me the nurse was very fast & efficient. I had to have blood drawn. She was skilled & fast. Just a small pinprick at first, & that was that. She was very professional & friendly. Quest is located inside Safeway, so it was very convenient to do some shopping afterwards. Got my results the next day. I am a satisfied customer.

I had a large panel of blood work for function health. The phlebotomist Swan was awesome and so friendly. Highly recommend this location but snag an early appt.

Set up 3:50 PM appointment. Showed up for appointment. Sat in waiting area for a while. Safeway pharmacy employee walks in and asks if we are there for Quest Diagnostics appointments. I and the other customer each say "Yes". He proceeds to tell us that the Quest employee left for lunch and never returned. He was kind enough to apologize, but he obviously had no control over the situation. I guess I will schedule for a different location. Never has happened with LabCorp.

So convenient. I've never had a bad experience at Quest, but the gentleman who took my blood (as Debbi Belvill) was so good that I barely even felt the needle. Highly recommend.

The lady running this Quest office is fabulous and I will never go anywhere else. She is thorough and funny and makes the visit fun.

The phlebotomist I had today was fantastic (I believe her name was Swan, if I’m not mistaken). I am a difficult blood draw and she got a draw the first time, no problems! I was a walk-in and did not have to wait too long. She was friendly and did a great job.

I was a walk-in but was treated as if I did. Phlebotomist was cheerful and professional. wait time was a lot shorter than I anticipated.
