The employees are incompetent they have poor customer service no knowledge of their products and often aggressive and adversarial when it comes to returning items

We walked in there was one guy that was pulling up that worked there there was two other ladies that was working One lady was working with one woman The other lady was just sitting there and then as the guy that walked in he worked there and didn't even ask me or my wife if we needed help, so when we were leaving that's when they asked if we needed any help so we was like no and left we stood there for about a good 5 minutes 10 minutes. So don't go to the one in Arvada by Sam's club off of 52nd and Wadsworth poor customer service.

Don’t buy their delivery time frame they will change on you the day of! After this purchase I am done dealing with this! It’s not the first time and obviously they can’t ever get it right!

Bernadette was the WORST. Inappropriate, harassing, rude, threatening. But knowing this company you guys will enjoy hearing that. Asked multiple times to be removed from phone and emails after finishing my payments and still get calls for “specials” they are running to this day.

We purchased a mattress from the store. They then proceeded to call us every single day after the mattress was paid off. Trying to get us to buy more even after we ask them to take us off their call list. They still call every single day and harass us constantly would not recommend anybody using this store much less this company

I got 2 recliners 1199 each. Paid 75.00 a week made total 77 payments as of today 07/27/2023. Total 5880 I have paid when agreement was made total was 2900 hmmmm something wrong I called telling me oh was mistake we will drop it down for 12 more weeks of 52.41 WTH???? Anyone know how I can get in touch with corporate? I will be getting in touch with my attorney over this my husband works hard for his money like others do
