This staff is amazing and transparent. When I wouldn’t get a hold of them and they call as soon as they can. Card was hacked and had to lock card. They were great and worked with me! Rhian called me back immediately when I had the updated card to process my payment!

Levi was incredibly helpful in setting up my renter’s insurance. I was looking for a policy that allowed me to list a third party as a Loss Payee, which enabled me to provide CORT Furniture with a certificate of insurance and have their Customer Protection Plan waived — saving me $16/month. I had checked with Allstate and Lemonade, and neither company allowed this, so I was relieved that State Farm could meet this need.
Levi also reminded me to cancel my renter’s insurance from my old complex so I wouldn’t be paying for two policies at once. He took the time to provide multiple coverage quotes, walked me through the differences, and even ran auto insurance numbers to see if State Farm could match my current liability limits. On top of that, he explained their life insurance offerings, and although I wasn’t ready to move forward, he still offered to send me resources for future consideration.
Throughout the whole process, Levi was professional, patient, and genuinely friendly. He gave clear explanations, offered great advice, and made the process easy. I highly recommend him to anyone.
