Everyday I call the cafe to ask if the frozen yogurt machine is working and the lady laughs at me. The Littleton sams is always in service and in stock for pizza. If you don't want to work just transfer to a greeter. But please don't deny the general public pizza and ice cream because you are too dang lazy to make a pizza or whatever. This has been a problem for months. Corporate please get these people a bigger pizza stock and a new frozen yogurt machine

This place is definitely smaller than others, but that didn't make it any less of a maze to navigate for stuff. They also have military flags up out front, not something you see every day.Though they have a rough idea of where things are, there was always stuff in an entirely different location from where it would expected to be. They also had a lot of abandoned carts littering the joint, making it like unwanted obstacle course. Then you get to books, and luckily (in spite of it being smaller) it is hella organized. There was even a vendor for Anderson that apparently works it for the Club, dude was helpful for that area at least, so props to him.

was in their on a Friday many of their refrigerated cases were empty. also their premade dishes had mold. clearly something was happening at the store. just feel like the food is subpar from this establishment in comparison to other big box stores.

I come to big box stores to shop, not be hounded for satellite TV and AT&T cell service. I don't appreciate being heckled while shopping. Stop!

Poor service, rude customers and staff. I've witnessed managers talk to employees in the worst ways. No wonder this store never has any staff, because they can't treat people with respect.

The variety of food options here is not very good. Produce looked stale. However the store is kept clean and the workers are very nice. I would just drive a little farther to a different Sam's Club location. Tried ordering a slice of pizza an hour and a half before close at like 6:30 and they said the only thing they had left was hot dogs and didn't offer to make one. Multiple people behind me in line wanted pizza or something other than hot dogs too. Sad.

Every-time I want to go to sam's I try and come to this one. They have items other sam's don't have which seems weird. Its always clean and I never have any issues. Will continue to shop at this location!

Had to return an item and the service center lady was extremely rude!!! I truly do understand that we are still experiencing staff shortages however, there is no reason to be rude and obnoxious. The rest of my shopping experience was not much better. The shelves we missing a lot of items. The people who were working just all seemed to have an attitude. The only good interaction I had was when I left the store. The door greater was beyond nice and had the biggest smile.

Overall good experience! We have had our membership for a year now and have gone to this location a handful of times. The store is always clean and the workers are always nice. We use the scam and go feature which is amazing! You scan the items as you shop so when you are done you don't have to stand in line! Don't forget the fruit yogurt parfaits and the food stand! And a hot dog with drink is $1.50! Can't beat it! It's the reward!!

What a joke! Did not honor my schools P-card or TAC exempt numbers. Unprofessional all around. This store will be dead soon, no customers because shitty customer service. Go to a Costco!

Do yourself a favor and get a COSTCO membership instead. The management here is ridiculous, they're blaring music at the checkouts, and all of the women running the checkouts are in terrible moods. The inventory was awful. The front door is literally nonexistent so you enter through the fire escape door right now and then door is big enough to barely fit the cart, obnoxious.... And all of this is if you can find a parking space! Half the lot is piled up carts and the other half is too small for a car to fit in an individual spot so the patrons just park anywhere/everywhere with no attention to the lines

This Sam's Club never disappoints! Very nice employees who are always nice and friendly. Stewart is awesome and just found another superb employee! His name is Mike who works at the Service desk. Thank you for being so understanding and professional! Favorite Sams! Thank you everyone for all you do! Especially during the pandemic...you all never failed to be awesome!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went in today right at 10 am and was the very first guest. I say guest but I felt like a nuisance. I work long hours and sometimes 6 days a week, so I had no choice to go in today during a blizzard. Trust that was not the plan but working at a hospital you don't just get to "clock out" at the end of your shift. The first thing the greeter told me was "I guess the snow didn't stop you guys." Not good morning or anything that was it. When I was walking the aisles trying to be quick I came across a forklift driver who shook his head at me. At the exit when I handed the lady my receipt her ONLY response was "We didn't think anyone was coming in today." Not even a thank you or a drive safe NOTHING! Just a bunch of staff who seemed irritated that I came to shop in a blizzard. Hey if you don't want customers don't open! The determining factor to my visit was my dogs were almost out of a specific Sam's dog food and my fridge was running low. I should've stopped durning the week but when you work 11+ hours a day, 6 days a week grocery shopping isn't always a part of the plan. I have shopped here for years and now I'm looking into a Costco card. I'd rather fight crowds than be the only customer in the store with extremely rude customer service.

The customer service is and always has been crap in that particular Sams every time you ask a question they get reactive and rude. We have been members for 25 years and this location is my last resort stop I do t shop here unless we have to

Peanut allergy beware! Got a membership to save on food, as I'm a student. Also allergic to peanuts, almost 0 safe options for me. However, they were very friendly and gracious when I went back to get my membership refunded.
