I just went to this Shell gas station to get gas, for some reason in the middle of the transaction they had a power surge. It instantly charged me $50 on my venmo account even though I didn't even get gas. The attendant basically told me I need to wait 24 hours to see if the money came back into my account. How exactly am I supposed to prove tomorrow to some worker that I didn't get gas and I need to make sure my money is in my account. What horrible business practice. There should be a backup way to pay customers back whenever the system takes their money without warning. The attendant told me it wasn't his fault, apparently it's my fault because I'm the one out of luck.

Stopped in to buy a beer. I handed the guy my ID and he tried to scan the barcode on my ID. It would not scan and he said he could not sell me beer with out scanning my ID. I told him to just read the date on the front but he would not do that and said he could only scan the ID and checking the date does not work. Every place I go I have never had someone say that with out scanning the ID they can’t sell beer.

Their air machine does not work which I discovered after putting money in it. Instead of doing the correct thing which would be to refund the money, the absolute manager told the clerk, Mani, to do nothing, not refund the money, and have me come back tomorrow. However I'm out of town this weekend (having stopped on my way out) so I can't come back tomorrow. Perhaps I'll revisit this after I make it back in when I'm back from my trip.

Agree with other reviews, but compared to the other local gas stations this one is a gem. When the guys are working that store is spotless. Reminds me of the old days how much those guys give a damn. Also they got nostalgic snacks and good ice.

Never go here unless you want to feel uncomfortable with the men employees always hitting on you no matter how manytimes you say no i now refuse to go to any shell id rather run out of gass
