Horrible customer service. Went in at 3:45 and was turned away because they closed at 4. I was prepared with exactly what paint I needed, told them I was desperate for a gallon of paint as I was in the middle of the project, and still was turned away. Told me “good luck at Lowe’s” and with no apology for being unable to help. Go to any other Shermin-Williams - the one at 7731 Wadsworth had much better customer service.

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the experience I had here. My husband and I planned to paint our kitchen island cabinets and we took a door front off with the current paint into this store. We specifically asked Clifton what primer and paint to use and talked about priming/sanding before ever painting. He told us that all we had to do was purchase the emerald line of their paint and all of the priming and sanding wasn’t necessary at all. We trusted this as he was the professional and we asked him a bunch of questions. 3 days later after allowing ample time to dry inbetween coats, we went to put all the cabinets and drawers back and the paint is scratching right off. We asked these specific questions with intent to AVOID all of this from happening. Hours of work later I am beyond frustrated and disappointed that we were completely misled.

Don't use this location, there are much better locations you can go to. Ones where the store managers are actually helpful. Steven is lazy and just wants to find a reason to tell the customer no. Apparently there is a corporate policy about selling people colorant/pigment. And that policy is to just say no and to blame corporate and then expect the customer to understand. Lazy as can be. As stated in previous reviews, a little bit of customer service goes a long way.

Visited today to gather samples and supplies. Stephen, the gentleman assisting us, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He addressed all our questions with a positive attitude.

Sherwin- Williams is Always my go-to for interior and exterior paints. The colors, coverage, and durability are beautiful and reliable.

The manager is unnecessarily rude. I took some paint to recycle because the Sherwyn Williams website said this was a donation site and the guy was really irritated and directed me to the front door and wanted me out immediately and then pointed to the sign on the door that did say they do not accept old paint. It's not necessary to make someone out to be an idiot for not reading your sign when the website actually directed me to your store. I didn't say anything because it's not a big deal but decided to say something on here so maybe he can change his attitude. I know it may be annoying but get it changed on the website. Don't take it out on customers.

Took me a while to get to this store with the weather conditions. They did not have the product I was looking for and didn’t try to help with another one just keep trying to send me to another store.
