Since i didn't go to Starbucks i have no opinion. Your system must have picked me up just walking by at the grocery store. That being said i would never stand in line to pay the ridiculous high prices for your foofoo drinks

Janet is my favorite barista! She's always super friendly and remembers her regular customers. She's good at her job, always accurate and tasty. Plus she's fast, which helps when I'm on a quick break or my lunch hour. Fantastic service!Don't forget to tip in cash; Safeway employees do not receive tips via the Starbucks app like stand alone cafés.

7/29/23 830am, barista Alexis. Ordered Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew. Alexis grabbed some coffee concentrate and watered it down. Added some ice and milk. I pointed out this was not what I ordered and looked nothing like the photo. There is no vanilla cream foam, no nitro cold brew used.She looked and said yeah that photo is wrong, and there is no foam for the vanilla version. She then explained the foam comes from the nitro cold brew (that was right next to her with the wood pull arms that she didn't use). I disagreed andrequested a refund as she was just lying to me, clearly didn't want to be there, and was taking many shortcuts to complete the drink incorrectly.She then immediately rang up a cash refund and said, "That's all I could get." Again, another lazy lie. I then declined and asked for a card refund as thats how I paid. She called over the store director, who showed her how to refund my card. Awful experience.To the owner who is going to suggest submitting a survey to Starbucks via link, this location is not listed on the Starbucks feedback form. I suspect since this is operated by Safeway that feedback would need to be sent there as Starbucks is not letting me/accepting feedback on this location at your suggested link.

I was treated so rudely at this Starbucks that I left without my order, which I had to place 3 times. Just when I thought the lady understood I wanted a soy latte, another employee (Bethany) told the lady to go to lunch and I had to start my order again. Wouldn't it of made sense to let her ring me up, go to break, while Bethany made my drink? I won't step foot in that store again. Lots of coffee choices on that corner and Starbucks lost my business.

I always have the best experience, the young lady for the morning shift is so nice, so patient and makes my drinks, no matter what I order so good!! This is my go to Starbucks!!
