We went to the store at 7:26 on a Friday night and the girl met us at the door and said they were closed. I won’t take the chance going there again.

I ordered a wrap like I have hundreds of times. She made it like a sandwich. I asked if she doesn't wrap it like a burrito and she said "no". The sauce is every where; everything is falling out of the ends and flopping out. I have a picture but there is not an option to upload it. I don't understand how this is acceptable from your employee!

I went in on 10/13/23 and 10:07 am and the employee was literally digging in his nose when I walked in. Please get rid on this disgusting guy!

We ordered dinner through at this Subway through grubhub and when we received it the order wasn't correct, one of the sandwiches was supposed to be a meatball sandwich but it was a pepperoni sandwich. It was for my 90 year old mom who incredibly picky so I was very worried. She took one bite and loved it!!! I took a sample bite and it was delicious. I called Subway to let them know our order was wrong. The clerk was very polite and explained that she had been out of meatballs and tried to tell the delivery driver to let us know but he was too impatient. I told her it was one of the best sandwiches my mom had ever had so the mistake was a good one. The rest of our sandwiches were delicious as well. She explained she had been working alone so she hoped she had done okay, she did more than okay she was out to please the customers and that she did. 5 plus stars. I wish I had gotten her name. It was the evening of September 1st, so to the young lady that was working, thank you for a job well done ?

Came at 8:45am to get a sandwich for my hike said they open at 8am no one was there open sign off. However no other location opened till 9am or 10am what's up with that. It's a lack of management from corporate failing company for sure

Workers need help. It’s lunch time during the week and I’ve never seen more than one person working. They did their best but with one person working lunch hour the customers won’t even have time to eat lunch since it takes so long.

Walked in around 5pm . No one in the store that's your first sign and now I know why. Lady was obscenely rude. Asked if I wanted to change anything before she toast after asking 10 other questions whe. I ordered off the menu. You can tell she gets off on bad service and pestering people doesn't like her job. I started saying what veggies I wanted and she stopped me saying when I asked if you wanted to change anything that's what I meant in a rude condescending tone. You will never work anywhere but fast food. You have no self respect or respect for anyone else or there time I walked out didn't get the sandwich I don't put up with rudeness from where I'm spending my money period!

Ordered only to find out their system was down, and then it was going to take another hour to get my order filled! I gave up. I keep forgetting how horrible this store is managed. I don't remember the last time that I didn't either have to wait a really long time, or didn't have an issue with my order. Went to Silver Mines instead. Food and service is great, and it was cheaper!

Came in about a week ago, the only thing prepped was tuna, salami, lettuce and tomatoes. When I asked where all the other food was I got answered with “this is all I’m doing today.” The dining area is basically a dirty storage unit.

The absolute worst Subway in Arvada/Westminster. Never staffed properly. Not all toppings available. No wheat bread. Won't be back. Burned too many times.

I came into the establishment twice in those two times the young lady don't know her name white girl brown hair on the hefty side had nothing prepared and said we only have white bread and only turkey and cheese available I didn't get mad I said I'll go to a other location. Gave this location a second chance what do I walk into the same girl sitting at a table on her phone eating a sandwich and tells me she on her 45 min break come back SMH management need to do better that all I am saying.

Don't waste a dollar visiting this place! It's totally disgusting. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting out for weeks, brown slimy. Beyond gross. There was ONE girl working on a Saturday at noon. Never again will be stop here.
