About The Arvada Community Room
The Arvada Community Room is a very nice place for a small to medium gathering. The space is clean, well taken care of, and has nice finishes. It is versatile and bigger than it looks in pictures, with plenty of room for events. The mobile chairs and tables make it easy to arrange the space to fit specific needs. There is a kitchen for food prep, a fridge for storage, and a restroom, all in great condition. An accessible TV is available for music or streaming. The booking process is easy and works with a deposit. The owner is amazing, very nice, helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. For the price, it is well worth it and highly recommended for any type of event, from classes and showers to birthday and graduation parties.

This space was very accommodating for our 30 person gathering. It was clean and ownership was helpful and easy to communicate with. Very affordable considering the space and location. Public parking was available within a block of the venue. Our community gathers monthly and this was our most enjoyed venue yet

Great space! Would love to use it again, it had everything we needed for our work trainings. Everyone complemented the space. It would be great for other events as well.

Very nice place to have a small to medium gathering. Finishes are nice and clean. I personally do not know the cost of renting the room, but highly recommend it based on appearance and location.
