Very nice place to have a small to medium gathering. Finishes are nice and clean. I personally do not know the cost of renting the room, but highly recommend it based on appearance and location.

I rented this space to host my Cookie Decorating Class and I LOVED it! The mobile chairs and tables makes easy to make the space just how you need it. The booking process is easy as 1.2.3 and booking with a deposit is great. I will continue to host my cookie classes here as Danielle, the owner is amazing and so easy to work with. If you are thinking of booking this space for any type of event, DO IT!

Great experience both working with Danielle and working with the space. This event space is so versatile! There are several tables for seating, food setup, etc. and plenty of chairs available, as well as an accessible TV ready to go for music or streaming. There's a kitchen for food prep and fridge for storage, and restroom, all in great condition. The space was a great size for my birthday/boardgame function. I'd forgotten a speaker, but the TV was right there to stream Pandora which worked perfectly. After using the space and seeing how well it worked for my needs, I'm confident I'll be back for future uses!

TWILIGHT THEME Bridal Shower:
This was a very nice place to have a bridal shower. We had 20 woman and we had plenty of room. The community room was very clean and well taken care of. Danielle was very nice and helpful.

We rented the space for a baby shower. The space was perfect. It was clean, nicely decorated, a little area for kids with legos. For the price, it was well worth it. I would highly recommend this amazing space.

We used this space for my daughter's graduation party. It was awesome. We had family from 2-5 and her friends in the evening from 5-8. It worked perfectly. We brought our Switch and her friends played Mario Cart. The kitchen was a huge help. We were able to arrange the place to fit our needs. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this space. Also it is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

I don’t live in the area and needed a space to host a baby shower for my sister, and I was so excited to find this space. We had about 35 people, and it was perfect for our needs. Danielle is great to work with, and she’s very understanding and responsive. The price and location are also great. Definitely recommend, and Arvada is great to have a diverse space like this.

This is the perfect venue for a gathering, get-together, or business meeting for 20-30 people. It has everything you could possibly need and the atmosphere is warm and cozy, largely in part because of Danielle, who is wonderful with a caring heart. The location is quintessential in the heart of Arvada.

A really well kept and ventilated spot. A great space for meetings or group events. The furniture in the room is easily movable and is in a really great location!

Very accommodating place for a smallish group gathering. I think we had 20 and had plenty of room for at least 10 more. We used it for family, but it is designed for office/training as well. Sink, bathroom and refrigerator for use.

Booked a half day rental for a small Baby Shower (16), was a perfect size venue. The place was clean, with a small kitchenette, bathroom, table and chairs, everything you need for hosting a party. The added touch was the brick wall, which was the highlite of the room. And, it was reasonably priced. The owners were very polite, couldn't of asked for anything better, it had it all. I highly recommend this room, myself and the guests were very impressed.

I threw a bridal shower at this space. The space was clean and pretty much a blank slate for decor or themed parties. It's perfect for small gatherings and I really recommend it to anyone. It is affordable and in such a cute area! The only thing that was "wrong" was that we couldn't figure out how to work the fan and it did get a little toasty. But definitely could be user error

I had a memorial service here with about 35 people, this place was great! Not only is the hall very nice and modern but the owner is super nice and very helpful with any questions I had and she gets back to you very quickly. she also offered for me to extend my time since no one booked after us. They had everything you would need for a party/gathering and great location! I love this hall and would refer it to anyone!
