I’ve seen many different chiropractors over the years and I can honestly say Joe has been the best! One of the few that gets a very good neck and low back adjustments. It has taken my migraines to 0! And Jessica at the front desk was very helpful sorting out my account issues as well. Go here and get to feeling better!

Update 6/13/23 The owner personally called me and wanted to hear what I had to say. He asked that I return and try Dr. Dan. Being a reasonable man I overcame my apprehension and agreed. Dr. Dan did a fine job and managed to get me back to where I was before the previous visit. They had 2 Dr.s on staff and I did not feel rushed. Although Dr. Dan is a fine Dr., Dr. Brandon was still in my humble opinion superior. I do understand that every Dr. Is an individual and therefore prone to their own style. However I still believe that as the Joint has a brand name that they wish to express quality, they should still implant a base line of treatment components. This way the patient knows that where ever they choose to go there is a level of quality that they can count on. As they do not have this in place I can only raise my estimation to 3 stars. If they did have an established base line in place I would give a solid 4.So upset and now injured because of Dr Joe I really don't know where to begin.I don't normally do this using personal names but here goes. I originally went in there and saw Dr Brandon I was in excruciating pain and he fixed the problem in the first visit I had no more pain. He then proceeded to sell me a package to keep the adjustment in place and suggested I come in two days later. I did that and here's what happened. I walked into the clinic in no pain at all a little tight because the adjustment was beginning to slip the waiting room was overcrowded there was only one doctor on staff Dr joe. Dr Joe was very aggressive and obviously in a big hurry. By the time he was done I have pain in my upper back where ther was NONE BEFORE. And now I am in just almost as much pain as when I first went in there as he somehow undid what Dr. Bandon had done.. When I called back to ask that Dr Joe never treat me again I was told he is the main chiropractor and that Dr Brandon was only visiting I can't tell you how much of a bait and switch this feels like!! AND I cannot tell you how upset I am that here I am sitting in pain now $ $210 later because they convinced me to buy a package that I now am AFRAID TO USE!. Furthermore the extreme lack of similarity in treatment techniques points to the possibility that the corporation may not care as much about their product as they would like you to believe. The second treatment where Dr. Joe hurt me lacked so many elements of the first treatment given by Dr. Bandon who cured me its hard to believe it is the same businesses.

I just read a negative review about Dr. Joe and feel compelled to share some additional perspective in his defense, because he is an awesome chiropractor.Thanks to some old football and snowboarding injuries, my neck and lower back require weekly adjustment in order for me to live without constant pain, brain fog, and tinnitus. I’ve been getting weekly adjustments for 6 years now and have received treatment from about 20 different chiropractors (at The Joint and other practices) over that timespan. In my experience, I’ve come to understand that there are many different ways to manipulate a body into alignment and each practitioner has their own unique style and preferred technique. Additionally, every chiropractor has certain maneuvers that they’re really good at and some that they aren’t the best at. With this in mind, there’s no one chiropractor that’s perfectly suited for every patient. The best chiropractor for you may not be the best for me, which is why it’s important to try different chiropractors and find one that’s a good fit for you. That’s what I love about The Joint, they have a team of doctors who all give good adjustments, allowing you to find the best fit for yourself. I’ve found that in Dr. Joe and have looked forward to seeing him every week for the past 2 years.My primary subluxation is at C4-C5 with a secondary on the other side at C1–C2 and most practitioners have a difficult time aligning them, sometimes leaving me feeling more pain and misalignment than when I started; and I don't hold it against them. After having as many adjustments as I've had over the years and picking the brains of the 20-some-odd doctors who have worked on me, I've come to understand that this just happens sometimes and it's often more to do with me not being able to calm my mind and body enough to receive the alignment that the doctor is trying to give me. If my muscles are too tense when the doctor makes their maneuver, the muscle can spasm and cause more misalignment. A chiropractic adjustment is a partnership; I have to do my part to receive the alignment, and, if something doesn't feel right afterward, it's up to me to communicate that to the practitioner so that we can follow-up and get it right.I'm so grateful for my relationship with Dr. Joe, he listens and really cares about getting the adjustment right. There have been times when I sit up from an adjustment and certain spots still feel out of place; I'll tell him and (even on busy days) he'll have me go back down on the table so that he can apply different maneuvers until we get it right. I can count on him to keep the ringing out of my ears, the fog out of my brain, and the pain out of my body. Thank you Dr. Joe! ???

Was sent the email for the new person special and then was told I was unable to use it when I got here. Was unable to get the same price as the special would have been and wasn’t helped in anyway. Wouldn’t recommend

Highly recommend. Came in with a lot of pain and minimal movement in my neck, and just 3 appointments later I'm pain free with all my movement back and feel comfortable working again

Went in today for my first time in a desperate attempt to feel better. Dan was thorough before + during the appointment, I appreciate being walked through the process. He is very knowledgeable + I definitely feel some relief, I will be back! Definitely recommend !!

I am so grateful that there are so many locations and open 7 days a week. No matter where I am, I can find The Joint Chiropractic and get adjusted. Every single chiropractor I have met, whether it's by my house, my work, or another stop, have been so great.

Dr. Ben was awesome! He not only worked on the areas I was concerned with, but explained why I was getting pain in those areas and showed me some exercises to do to prevent the pain and to make the adjustment last longer. Highly recommend!

For approximately 5 years now, I have been receiving weekly adjustments from the Joint. The staff from the time I walk in are professional and friendly, which is why I look forward to going every week. Chiropractic care is important for good health and helps with just more than aligning your joints. It helps with mental, circulation and digestive functions in your body. If you are on the fence about trying Chiropractic care, try it, life is too short not to feel good.

I walked in completely unaware of how the process worked.. and honestly I was quite nervous! But the doc walked me through the process, what he can and can’t do and what needed to be done in the future. He made the whole experience more comfortable for me, and 24 hours later I am feeling better on my feet than I have in a long time. The process didn’t take long at all and I will be continuing all my work at this location 10/10 would 100% recommend.

I am so grateful for the Doctors here! Before coming to this office, I was in extreme pain daily do to a car accident 3 1/2 years ago. I couldn't walk for very long, sitting hurt, sleeping was limited. I am working on getting my life back. Slowly making progress. I still have back problems and pain. BUT Alan, Jeremy, Justin C. and Joe saved my life....with their adjustments and knowledge, they have done more for me than 3 years of back specialists. THANK YOU
