Amazing equipment, especially for training quads, back, and shoulders. Several top-of-the-line pieces from Arsenal Strength, Atlantis, and Cybex. Way better atmosphere than the commercial gyms in the area too.

David is extremely nice and obviously very knowledgeable when it comes to working out, and the facility is amazing! Definitely would recommend to anyone!
