“I came in on my lunch break after noticing that my car was leaking oil, after I had taken it in for an oil change at a different location. All of the oil leaked out of my car between Saturday when it was changed and Monday when I noticed. The guys here were super friendly and fast acting to fix the mistake of the other location. I drive a Volkswagen and I know not every mechanic knows how to work on German cars. They called the other location that made the mistake so the tech knew what mistake he made to prevent it from happening to someone else in the future. Great and quick customer service and techs!”

“Most honest, fast, and dependable place I’ve ever been been to.. I went in for breaks and not only was that done fast and affordably he had also pointed out the problem I’ve been curious about and was unsure of (being a broken wheel bearing) He then pointed out and showed me exactly where the problem was, how to confirm that problem, explained what would happen if not fixed and then fixed the bearing in an impressive amount of time. My car drives and feels much better now, these guys go above and beyond what you normally see now of days with anywhere let alone the automotive industry. “I really owe L&R a "sixth" star, because this is the second time I have received outstanding service from them and I neglected to review them the 1st time.The 1st time I had my truck towed to them because it wouldn't start. Everyone in the lobby was very friendly, and they clearly explained the diagnostic process. As a bonus, you are able to monitor progress and see reports on your phone from a text they send, so that is helpful. Issue ended up being a bad fuel pump so had to get a new one. Based on the research I had done, I was charged a very fair price for the work done.Fast-forward to a week ago, I just finished fueling up when my truck wouldn't start.....again. Once again I got towed over to L&R who squeezed me into their busy schedule for a quick diagnostic. Sure enough....it was a bad part (not their fault) which they happily replaced with the lifetime warranty. They had me back on the road the next day.I can't commend L&R enough for their friendly service, honesty and integrity, and excellent work. I definitely recommend them....even though I hope I don't have to see them anytime soon.”
