“This small, locally owned family business has been taking care of multiple used cars for me since they bought the shop. It was trustworthy before, and work was well done, but since Mike and his family and employees have been running it, it has gotten better every time I go back. They source high quality NAPA parts, and make excellent recommendations for other aftermarket fitments if desired, like the roadmaster active suspension they recommended and installed for superior trailer control when towing. The staff treat you like family, the estimates are done quick, the thorough inspection they give every time a car rolls in has always provided benefit, and they make only reasonable recommendations about what is urgent, and what can wait a while. They always await confirmation of estimate and services you want done prior to proceeding and the agreed upon work is done right, 1st time, every time. It is always as timely as parts availability will allow, which is quite quickly 99% of the time. I love this place for their service and attitude, they are also involved in the community in one way or another all the time. There seems to always be a food, clothing or needy family drive or a veterans, firefighters, or law enforcement benefit drive going on. I'm proud to tell people about the work they do on my vehicles and the service and treatment they give me when they do. AAA+++ all the time, in every way. You can TRUST L&R Automotive.

The respectful thorough I never try to sell me something I don’t need. I really appreciate that oh and I got my oil changed and my tires rotated and a couple of other things that I was due for. “It was strange to me they never asked me about my air or cabin filter, never asked about fluids levels, etc like in the past where they go through like 27 check points. But they did good on the oil change and offered ice cream while waiting. 😉”
“Got an inspection on my suspension about a week ago and es,even though I didn't have an akppointment they did all they could to get me in as soon as they could with it being such a busy day. They were all nice and answered all the questions I had. Chris the store manager especially was super kind and even came out and chatted with me for a bit while waited for my car. They told me that I would need breaks done and Chris was kind enough to tell me to call the day before to get the parts ordered so I could be in and out when I got to my appointment. Got to my appointment and they took my keys and had my car on the lift within minutes of my arrival and did a super swift job. Will for sure be coming back again for any other issues I have.”

“I own a 2010 Nissan Rogue with a CVT transmission, and I have consistently had excellent experiences with this shop. Two years ago, they rebuilt my transmission at a great price. The team was friendly, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process, and they completed the repair with a quick turnaround time.
More recently, I experienced an issue with the CVT Control Valve Assembly. Once again, they were able to get my vehicle in promptly and completed the repair the very same day. Their pricing was reasonable, and the quality of service was outstanding.
