“I've driven by Urban Autocare for years and finally took my Jeep there last year for the first time. I don't know why I waited! They are very professional, providing photos and clear explanations of services that are needed. They let you know what to keep an eye on for the future and don't push anything. This week they finished work on my second car ahead of schedule. Everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly. I'm so happy to have finally found such a great shop in the city!”

“I can’t recommend All Pro Auto Repair enough. I was honestly so stressed because my car completely died, and I know absolutely nothing about cars, so I was worried I’d end up overcharged or taken advantage of. Dave was incredibly kind, honest, and reassuring throughout the whole process. He communicated with me promptly first thing in the morning, explained everything clearly, and fixed my car for a very reasonable price after replacing the serpentine belt. My car is running perfectly again, and the whole experience felt trustworthy and professional from start to finish. If you’re looking for an auto shop that’s honest, fair, and genuinely cares about customers, this is the place to go. Thank you again, Dave!”

“I cannot say enough great things about Wizard Transmission! They completely rebuilt the transmission in my 2017 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 4x4, and the difference is incredible. My truck honestly feels like a brand-new vehicle again. The shifting is unbelievably smooth, the truck drives better than it has in years, and I’ve even noticed an improvement in my gas mileage since the rebuild. The quality of their work absolutely exceeded my expectations. Adam was fantastic throughout the entire process. He is straightforward, honest, and takes the time to explain exactly what your vehicle needs and why. He thoroughly explained how the transmission works, what was happening with mine, and what needed to be done in a way that actually made sense. I really appreciated never feeling like I was being left in the dark. I’m incredibly grateful to Wizard Transmission for the care and quality they put into my truck. Finding a shop you genuinely trust with your vehicle is priceless, and after this experience, I won’t take my truck anywhere else for transmission work. Wizard Transmission is hands down the best transmission shop I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for knowledgeable people, straightforward answers, excellent workmanship, and a shop that stands behind what they do, I highly recommend them. Thank you, Adam and everyone at Wizard Transmission, for giving my Silverado a second life!”

“Kind people absolutely exist—and they work at Big Brand Tire & Service. Late Sunday afternoon, I ran over a bolt and rushed in because they were the only shop open. Even with just 30 minutes until closing, Jeremy and Victor kindly put on a spare so I could get to work the next morning. Jeremy then invited me back the next day for a proper patch, and I was helped immediately. The customer service here is truly top tier. Jeremy and Victor are knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring...their dedication to their craft did not go unnoticed. I’ll be back, and I highly recommend stopping by Big Brand Tire & Service and asking for these gentlemen. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again.”

“I have high praise for this shop. Staff is friendly, my service advisor Shelby went above and beyond to address jy concerns. I really like the detailed written report and that this report, plus verbal from Shelby, highlighted future potential issues I should monitor. Thanks Hotchkiss Auto Repair for your thoroughness and professionalism.”

“They do great work and their peace of mind inspection is a good deal for those of us with high-mileage older vehicles. I’d give them 5 stars if they offered shuttle service in a wider area and/or stayed open a bit later. Was a challenge to find non-working friends to transport me when I dropped off and picked up my car. Scheduling was also tough - I was without my car for 5 days because I left it on a Friday and they don’t work weekends. But I have confidence in the quality of their work.”

“I have consistently had a great experience at Grease Monkey. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They complete my oil changes quickly and provide excellent customer service. I also appreciate the extra services they offer, such as checking and servicing the tires, which adds value to each visit. I have had multiple services performed there, and the quality of work has always been excellent. The only downside is that the price seems to increase each time I come in for an oil change. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the service.”

“Only the best. Been coming here for years. Don’t take your car anywhere else. Edward the mechanic deserves a raise. If you need a car repair of any kind go see Edward at Brakes plus on federal. I’ve been taking my cars for years there. The quality of work they do stands up over time. As a woman I find they don’t bully me, harass me, or try to force me into repairs that I’m not needing, this is a rare thing in this industry. I can highly recommend these guys.”

“Absolutely the best place to buy a vehicle! We've now bought 4 from Automotive Imports in the past few years, including our kids buying one, and we don't plan on ever going anywhere else. The guys are so down to earth, and light years better than the typical car dealer! Always friendly and helpful, and the selection of vehicles is always great - we have always found what we were looking for. Wish we could give 10 stars! Go check them out if you are shopping for a new vehicle, you won't be disappointed.”

Huge thank you to Andrew, and Roc and the rest of the team there for the more professional fix to my stick-y situation! 🙏”

“I had a great experience at Harmony. Thiago Gomes made sure that I was taken care of and the crucial issues were addressed. My car was in the shop a little longer than I anticipated but Gomes even got me an Uber to go home and to get back to work the next day. I appreciated the thoroughness of the techs and was updated on all repairs needed. I also appreciated the comprehensive report that I received after the repairs were completed. I will be back and have recommended them to others.”

“I brought my Subaru in for a full timing chain kit replacement, and these guys handled it with total professionalism. Not only was the work done right, but they also did an oil change, checked my air filter, and topped off all my fluids, all without me asking or being charged extra. It’s clear they take pride in doing the job right, not just rushing through it. I saw firsthand that their team works with care and transparency, and they explained everything to me in detail. No pressure, no games just honest, thorough service. After seeing some of the reviews, i know not every review tells the full story , but from my experience, this shop has integrity and knows what they’re doing. I’ll be bringing my car back here anytime it needs work.”

“My water pump on my 2014 Ford Explorer crapped out a couple weeks ago. Jacobs service center got my vehicle in the same day I called. They called me with an estimate and only made one recommendation for something else that would need replaced in a few months anyway due to high mileage. The quote they provided was reasonable and actually about $600 less than a quote from another shop. They finished the repair two days earlier than they anticipated as well. Super pleased with the customer service as well as the repair work!”
