YOU ROCK .. I was trying to get the window on my back hatch to close when a wonderful, helpful man came to my rescue. Grabbed his tools and a flash light and went to work to help me. After doing everything that would normally work, he got his phone out and used google and fixed the lock so my window would close. I would have been stranded in the dark, miles from home, if he hadn't helped me. This world needs more people just like him. I can't thank you enough, Octavio, for going above and beyond. Angeles are sent from above. I won't hesitate to call if I'm ever in need or to recommend you to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks again for all your help !!!

My car was towed by this company last week. I forgot to put my parking permit on the mirror, which was 100% my fault. When I called Saturday, they told me to not get it on the weekend because it would be a $96 fee to open the gate, which was odd because when I came Monday during business they had to open the gate for me regardless. I brought in a form from the PUC state site to retrieve my vehicle by paying 15% down and then making a payment plan. I wasn’t anticipating paying $300 so I needed to do a plan. When I presented the form, fully filled out, the front desk lady immediately was irritated and called her boss because she wasn’t sure what to do with it. Her boss loudly and rudely spoke on the phone indicating that I should have told them ahead of time I was going to bring this form. I advised that the state website doesn’t say anything about them needing to know in advance and I also didn’t know about the form until after I had spoken to them. My assumption is this company should be aware of this form since it is a legal form they should be equipped to take. The state site also says companies may carry copy of these forms. She then tells me I need a copy of insurance, registration and TITLE to do a payment plan. I explained my registration is in the car they have so I can go get that and can email my insurance from my phone, but my title is at home. Many people don’t outright own their vehicle yet so this is a ridiculous request. She tells me she can’t take the email copy of my digital insurance card. You know, the one from the app that law enforcement considered perfectly acceptable. She said she needed a paper copy to make a copy of and then scan. I then told her that it seems they are creating ridiculous obstacles for people to not to be able to use the form and that the state website says nothing about needing these three things. I provided my drivers license, keys and was able to tell where it was towed. I had my insurance on my phone and registration in the car. There was no need for me to have a title. She then proceeded to tell me that it’s my fault I didn’t know what to bring since I didn’t tell them I would do the payment plan on the phone. I asked how would I know to tell them that? The state form doesn’t list that as a requirement and they don’t have a website nor was that listed anywhere on their business property. She then tells me they don’t advertise it as people don’t like to pay. This absolutely blew my mind. I explained that people can’t pay when they make it nearly impossible to work with for a payment plan and charge an almost $50 a day storage fee. I then asked if I go retrieve everything I need, will I continue to be charged and she said yes she would have to charge more. I told her this was shady business practices and predatory. She told me she didn't deserve for me to be upset and I told her that I didn’t deserve to be treated the way I was the moment she found out I was invoking my legal right to do the payment plan for a non consensual tow. I also told her that her boss was very rude and that maybe they should have more compassion for people making a human mistake. This is so concerning that they make it so people either have to pay the full amount upfront or they can’t afford that and can’t do a payment plan so their car sits there and collects additional fees. I wasn’t there to fight the charge. I take full accountability for my mistake, but to flat out not follow the law and be so obviously shady is insane to me. I paid the amount and got my car and am filing a complaint with the PUC.For anyone else who had gotten their car towed, read up on the PUC website what your options are!

This company is a scam they towed my car from my actual parking spot designated for my apartment and then wanted $400 when I call them not 20 minutes later after it was towed. After I call them they were completely and utterly useless as to information I needed and after I explained to them that I knew the the new tow laws for Colorado and they had to return my vehicle for $60 or 15% of the trophies that's when they became completely and utterly rude to the point where it seemed like they didn't want to give my vehicle back

This company is mainly in the business of towing vehicles wrongly or illegally parked. This is fine, just don't park in a spot where you don't belong and you'll be okay. My problem with this company is that they try to tow away vehicles as quickly as possible and cause damage to the vehicle. I have seen them on multiple occasions towing away cars with skidding tires and one or more of the wheels off the ground.

This company towed my car last night had to pay $318 to get my car out the next morning. There was damage on the under part of my car so I had to rip the part off of my car in front of their place because it was scraping when I was driving. there’s still another part under my car. That’s damaged. Very bad they bent the hell out of it and now it’s still scraping a lot. if you were looking at this towing company to tow your car I would not recommend it just because they show no care while handling your car. There’s better towing companies out there that will handle your car with care. Also make sure to look at your car with them and take any pictures of damages before signing any paperwork. because after you sign that paperwork, they will do nothing about the damages to your car.

Please watch out for this dirty company. I was the victim of a predatory tow. I have a handicap placard for my vehicle. It fell off and was laying on my passenger seat. I went out to get into my car and it was gone. I called the leasing office at my apartment complex to see if they had it towed for some reason. They said they hadn't. They said there are tow companies out there that troll apartment complexes looking for cars to tow. Mine was one. The tow company told me they look inside a vehicle parked in a handicap spot for the placard. Mine was in plain view. Nevertheless, they towed my vehicle to the tune of $320. Please beware of Tri County Towing. They are a disreputable company and out for the almighty dollar.

Extremely helpful. Had an awful situation where my car was towed and woke up unsure of what to do next.. I called and spoke to the owner who helped me navigate the best way to get my car back, and was very knowledgeable about the new laws that are in effect and how to prevent towing in the future. I know it's hard to have a good experience with these type of scenarios, but truly am glad I was able to have one here. Thank you again. Soooooo grateful my car wasn't stolen!
