True North Restoration of Denver is a reliable full-service restoration company serving Colorado. They specialize in restoring homes and commercial properties after water damage, fire damage, mold issues, and asbestos contamination. The company has decades of experience and offers services such as mold remediation, asbestos abatement, sanitizing, and disinfection. Customers have praised their quick response and professionalism, especially in emergencies like basement floods caused by burst pipes, or gas spills, where they arrived promptly and handled the cleanup efficiently. They are known for assessing needs accurately and sending a skilled team to do the job. In some cases, clients appreciated their thorough work on mold and water damage repairs, and their ability to manage asbestos-contaminated roofing panels. However, some reviews mention issues with completing work on time, finishing all tasks, and communication challenges regarding invoices and follow-up. Despite this, many customers have had positive experiences, noting that the team is friendly and easy to work with. Overall, True North Restoration is a dependable choice for property restoration needs, with a focus on restoring properties to their pre-loss condition.
