Very easy process , return was super easy. Maybe put a better idea of drop slot in door we walked around looking for box like picture has. That was the hardest part of the whole rental. Finding return slot ;)

David and Dixie were AMAZING! Abundantly helpful and ensured we were able to move on time without issue. Had several issues trying to pick our truck up from another location. We arrived 5min before close and they were more than happy to still take the time to help.

Extremely Disappointing Service and Unacceptable Communication
I am absolutely appalled by the level of service I received from U-Haul. I made a reservation to pick up a truck, but my order was inexplicably canceled because I allegedly failed to pick it up on time. However, I never received any confirmation or notification to pick up the vehicle in the first place.
To make matters worse, when I called customer service to address the issue, the representative I spoke with was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of my concerns. She claimed that U-Haul had attempted to contact me, but I never received any calls or messages from them. It is completely unacceptable for a company to cancel a reservation without adequate communication or resolution, especially when the fault lies with their own failure to provide necessary information.
This experience has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed with U-Haul’s service. I will be hesitant to ever use their services again and will strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused option.

Worst experience I’ve ever had would not recommend at all !!!! The receptionist was absolutely horrendous and lacked basic human decency I can’t fathom how they are still in business a such absolute vile customer service save your money and time!!!!

Would give less if I could. The girl who is here is very rude. Sarah L. Is what her name tag says she needs customer service training she is acting like it is a bother to be here. If you don't like your job quit and go somewhere else that doesn't deal with customer service

I have rented uhauls multiple times for moves and I have never had a worse experience than I had here. I was forced to check in using my phone despite being there in person. And when I was struggling and/or the tech was glitching, I was met with disdain and disrespect. I was condescended to when the site was in a feedback loop. It added so much stress to moving which is already stressful. Then, when I returned the vehicle, she said “well since you had so much trouble checking in, I guess I’ll check you out.” She shamed me further by saying that it wasn’t my age since her father was fine with technology, so it was a “me” issue. Do not rent from here. There are other local uhauls that have the same equipment, but at least have helpful people with some empathy and compassion. I hope that the owners see this and work towards remembering that they are in the service industry. And when life is already tough, treating people with kindness goes a long way.

The woman working there told me I couldn’t rent a truck from her and could only do it online but that DOES NOT work. WHAT do you mean you can’t help me??? WHY do you even have a job if it HAS to be done online ???
Ended up going to a different service all together. When your whole business model is made for people to RENT something, you should probably let them do that.

Surprised they even have a 2 star review. Not only were they pretty rude. They pushed me to the side and continuously refused to give me my rental because they’re too busy on their phones. The just kept telling me to use the online portal that was glitching and no one was responding. Don’t expect any level of customer service here.

Recently had the misfortune of needing to rent a truck from Uhaul. The customer service experience was abysmal. My pickup location was switched 4 times, the last time being within an hour of my pickup. The customer service as my time was being wasted and played with was non-existent.
They’ve lost a customer for life. This was a degrading, de-humanizing experience at nearly every turn. 0 out of 5 stars.

If I could rate it worse I would. What a terrible experience between the online pickup and the insanely rude female employee. Never using uhaul again if I don’t have to, especially this one. Should have gotten the employees name cause I’ve never had a worse customer service interaction.

Terrible Customer Service & Frustrating Experience
I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at U-Haul. Moving is already stressful enough, but the check-in and check-out process made it even worse. Instead of making things simple, they force you to download an app just to rent a truck, while their employees stand by and do nothing.
Tashina, the employee we encountered upon arrival, was rude from the moment we walked in and took personal calls while we were struggling with the system. Donovan, while more polite, still didn’t offer any help either. What exactly are these employees getting paid for when customers have to input all their own information and take before and after pictures themselves?
And the icing on the cake? When we finally got the truck, it had zero gas in it! On top of everything else, we had to stop and fill up before even starting our move. This is just unacceptable.
It’s frustrating that U-Haul has such a hands-off approach, especially when moving should be as easy as possible. I left upset and definitely won’t be recommending or returning to U-Haul for any future moves.
