We’ve had nothing but good experiences with phone repairs at uBreakiFix: screen cracks, power supply problems, new batteries. Never without my phone for more than a few hours, and a lot better customer service than the box store options. On my latest visit, Lauryn quickly diagnosed the problem with my iPhone’s power, fixed it with a cleaning, and didn’t even charge me for it! This is my first choice for any problem I might have with my phone.

I had issues with the screen on my new pixel 8 pro not being responsive. They got me in the same day, replaced the screen and seriously helped me out! I would go back in a heartbeat. Polite, efficient and solid service. Thank you!

DO NOT GET SCAMMED! Typically in order to avoid wasting time most people call in with the information necessary to figure out if the trip is worth while. Well these guys have it figured out when it comes to wasting your time. They quoted me a price based on my model number of device along side a description of what is needed. My yoga tab 11 needs only the screen replaced and was quoted 129$ when I show up first thing I hear is "we can't admit your device our systems are down" then was told to give them a few minutes, then later come back up to the desk and ask to see my tablet so they can check the model number. Mind you I gave them the exact model number of my tablet over the phone and was quoted 129$. Then he says it will be 220$ and I ask why the price difference. The explanation I got was "well we got the wrong model number when we quoted you on the phone, so it's actually 220$" Sounds like a good way to get people in the door just to rip em off when they come in. I ended up going else where and just wasted my time so thanks UbreakIfix. Keep in mind not all locations are like this, just this one I've noticed. The owner in this location was the one who did this to me. Be aware!!

Only thing I would change is that I did not get notified when my part was in. I had to call. That was minor in the grand scheme of things though. Other than that, AMAZING! Thank you all for making this easy!

I give a bad review when a bad review is deserved. I work for a carrier and send people this location, However will not going forward. On the receipt it says Miguel, But whoever helped me with black hair and gel was completely rude. I was told one price and when I picked up I was told another. I asked for a manager he said it was him. I called another store and they told me $59.99 ( actually 2 stores ) when I dropped off I even confirmed and was told $60 plus tax. He gave the biggest attitude about changing the price, But supposedly he did. Once he charged me it was $86 on my card. He then told me swipe again to refund my card, Now I will wait 3 business days and I told him if it was $86 I can’t put that on my card. Working in mobile forever, I feel y’all can do better at who you hire! No more am I recommending this location to customers..

Worst repair shop ever. Wish I could give them zero stars. From Customer service to the actual repair. Had one guy told me it would take two hours drop my laptop off at 10 AM did not have a phone call by 7 PM at night when I called they said oh it takes longer than two hours but I have a text that proves they told me two hours. They have no real idea of what is going on. They Do not communicate with the customers adequately for updates or any statuses when you do call them they’re rude disrespectful and treat you like you’re garbage when you walk in know when acknowledges you and you are left standing there for 20 minutes, before someone realizes that you haven’t been help yet and say oh do you need help?

When I called the gentleman I spoke with was professional kind and thorough.When I went to the store the young lady was professional and knowledgeable.They finished putting a new screen in the phone quickly. Very easy process!

Jon got me fixed up in minutes. Charger port had some debris in it and I was doing the thing where you have to place your charger in the perfect spot to get the phone to charge. No need to replace, just a quick cleaning and we are as good as new.

Poor communicators, very frustrating to deal with—even for warranty repairs.Went in because my phone sometimes wouldn't receive calls. I provided my email address so that they could let me know when the necessary part was delivered. Two weeks and zero emails later, I randomly get a voicemail asking if I still want the repair; otherwise, they'll cancel it and send the part back. Guess they forgot about the issue, and my email address, entirely.Got that straightened out, dropped my phone off, and picked it up 2 hours later with all of my data gone. Turns out, the repair required a factory reset, but I wasn't told this by anyone. One tech said that "it should've been a given", as if wiping a phone clean without customer approval somehow made any amount of sense. To get all of my data back, I was told that I would need to have the broken part put back in, perform the data recovery, and then wait for them to order another part so that they can do the replacement again.Backups mostly saved me, but I'm still missing two weeks' worth of text messages and other data. Small price to pay to avoid going through a second replacement and dealing with this place again. If you value effective communication, go anywhere else.

Went in to get a screen replacement for a s22 ultra. Wasn't the cheapest place I got quotes from but they had the part in stock and were done in a hour where as everyone else cheaper said it would take a day or two for the repair to be done. Overall the employees were very helpful and friendly and it was a great experience. I will definitely go back for any other repairs I need just based off the speed and helpfulness of the employees.

Quoted me cheaper than the other place I called, had my screen in stock, got it done in an hour. Karen was very professional and helpful. She made sure I was fully satisfied with the repair before charging me. I'd usually recommend not breaking your phone, but if you do I recommend this location for sure.
