I shopped here for an upcoming trip and spent a lot.... Low rating because I learned from another Ulta store on the same day there was a coupon the store didn't tell me about. Obviously going to do a return, but still... What a waste of time. If there's a free coupon for customers, just offer it. Better yet, go to the store on Youngfield and know you will get better service.

Worst Ulta I have ever been to. Management is completely incompetent and doesn’t know how to communicate. If you miss one appointment they will not let you schedule another. The hair salon is always closed and the scheduler always makes mistakes. Liam the eyebrow artist is talented but a completely fake person. The hair salon admits they don’t know how to work with curly thick hair. The eyebrow salon never has any colors for redheads even though the artist who works there is one themselves. Nobody is ever there to help you or they walk away and never return. Don’t wasted your time here. Every other Ulta I speak to has nothing but negative feedback about the Arvada location. They don’t deserve your money.

So, I was early but no worries I waiting in the car for them to open up because I couldn't come in (well naturally, be realistic) . It was my first time Svetlana was awesome! My color is amazing! They were all engaging and very sweet in the salon. Their recent reviews do not do them justice. I will be back for a repeat service. I loved it!

My beautician Nelly was excellent! She matched my hair color perfect and gave me a very stylish hair blowout. In addition she was able to help me find new shampoos and moose for my hair so that I can fix it on my own. So happy with Ulta and so very happy with Nelly!

I usually shy away from asking for help because I hate feeling like the associates are rushing. That was not the case with Jordan. She was so incredibly kind and patient. She really tried to make sure that I left happy, and I sure did. Thank you, Jordan for the wonderful shopping experience!

This store is not disabled-friendly. There isn't anywhere to sit and rest to ponder your purchases. The aisles are created in a way that makes wheelchair access an absolute joke. The entrance doors are not automatic. The clerks were helpful and friendly in the extreme, so I chose 3 stars ? instead of 1.Do better, Ulta.
