Horrible customer service. I dropped a return Amazon package. The associate at front desk was super rude. She hands me a bag to put my already boxed packages. I put my packages in the bag and sealed it up. She then proceeds to charge me $5.33 for the bag. Not once did she ever mention that I had to pay for the bag. When I asked her why she didn’t let me know all she “I don’t know” she really shouldn’t be working the front register.

Went in for a notary but she sat on the phone bc she was having internet issues and couldn't help customers bc she was on the phone for over an hour. Had to drive all over town to get 1 form notorized. Went to 2 other ups stores in the area and either they didn't have a notary or they left right after we called to verify if they were available. Do not recommend this store for a notary, shipping side was fully functional and they were being helpful so why was the notary not.

I have been using this store for a while now, and they're always fast and friendly. Even with a lot of Amazon returns, if the self-serve kiosk isn't working, someone is always there to help and never makes me feel bad for having a lot of items, which I've experienced at other stores. I've had a couple of things with Amazon get delayed, and that's not the UPS store's fault, and when I've called them, they've been incredibly kind and helpful. It feels rare these days to get personal service like that, especially with a big shipping company.

UPS store at12650 W 64th Ave, Arvada, CO always quick and super efficient service and fast shipping. Very fair pricing especially compared to competitors. Never lost a package!

Gabe and Deneen at store 2024 were more than fantastic, patient and accommodating. I will be forever grateful for their service. During a complicated, frustrating and slow process they stayed patient and so helpful!

I’d give them zero stars but they have actually helped me in the past yet today they want to charge 3 dollars to print a piece of paper and they are charging 4 dollars for a box to put the Amazon package in?!
Waste of time and energy to show up to have them give me service!?
Edit: To be clear I have done business with UPS for years because of Amazon of course but also delivering packages to customers from Etsy or eBay and shipping things to friends or family; I’ve met reallly cool people there but then there are these sarcastic sheeple that act like I’m trying to bargain. This is not the only location either it’s hundreds! It’s a piece of 10 cent paper that I’m doing the work to find a proper email address, find a box or bag to have the package in plus other fees I already have to pay for a business on Etsy or eBay etc. It’s really disappointing that corporations try to nickel and dime people for something so simple. After years of using UPS for mail delivery I will NEVER go back there and I hope they go out of business due to poor customer service at times.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this UPS Store. They completely lost my package, and as a result, I was charged $300 because it never reached its destination. When I went back to the store to ask about it, all they kept saying was that they send everything out, but my package was never even scanned. They offered no real help, no accountability, and acted like it wasn’t their problem. This level of carelessness and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I won’t be using this location again, and I’d recommend others be cautious if you’re trusting them with anything valuable.

The worst service I have ever seen UPS is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they charge $3 for a return stamp, it is very expensive, it is very bad service

This place is really well-run, and the staff seems knowledgeable and pleasant. Except for Chris, who is both temperamental and sloppy.
The first time he handled my shipment, he forgot to give me my receipt. Ended up needing to go back and ask for it, he admitted that he had thrown it away? Rather than giving it to me. Not a big deal, but showed he wasn’t very good at this job.
My next UPS visit with him, he was horrendously rude and condescending. It was a busy day for shipments, and while I know his aggression had nothing to do with me personally. Being blatantly rude to a customer and lashing out because you’re having a bad day is not the way customer service works.
Another member of his team ended up picking up his slack, and helping me with my shipment and was very pleasant. But the encounter with him was still horrendous.
I understand times are hard to find good employees, but this guy is a real moody piece of work.

****Beware**** price gouging, very friendly staff, but this experience will send me to their competitor or will have me buying a printer. Popped in to get a mailing label printed and was charged $3.20 for a piece of printer paper off the copy machine. Same thing is about $0.22 at the FedEx nearby. When I questioned the price I got “it’s a mailing label” and “the price of ink went up” as a response. Pretty sure they generally charge less for a piece of copy paper. Total rip off. It’s not even on a sticker.
