I urgently needed a document notarized, and I hadn't even realized that was a service offered until I looked it up. I was able to get fast, friendly help with that at the closest location to my home. Amidst moving to a new apartment, my husband was able to purchase some more packing tape there as well.

They lost my package and there is zero trace of it ever being logged into the store, let alone leaving it. Very upsetting when the literal point of the business is to efficiently ship people packages. Even more upsetting when the package was worth $500.

Charged me a surprise holding fee even though I called ahead asking if I could have a parcel sent to the store so I could pick it up there. They took no responsibility for their failure to inform me of a holding fee. Asked me ridiculous questions and ganged up on me when I told them it was not right for them to charge the fee when I called but was not told that. I called another UPS and its the discretion of the shop and they should tell customers if they charge. I asked them to have the owner call me. Never heard back.

I'm a property manager and my mailboxes were damaged and when I had this happen in Denver you can go to the post office to report it and get instructions on what to do next when I came to this place they gave me a phone number when I called the phone number they said please go to your local UPS store what a big joke this guy that wouldn't even help me he could have at least given me the number who inspects the mailbox but instead he gives me a number that literally tells me to go straight back to him. I didn't blow up and I was very polite but it's very frustrating when you want to tell someone that there's been damage done and what to do next every post office has someone that you can report damage to this post office claims they don't have someone you can talk to. Google it! Or go to another post office so you can literally report it to any post office instead he told me I had to call this phone number to report it which is bullcrap I don't understand what you want to talk to someone in person and get it done faster that they just give you a number that doesn't help at all. maybe take the time to actually learn that you could at least give the inspector's number out as help.

First time coming here I was helped by some cocky lady that ended up failing to scan and return BOTH of my packages. One of them showed up at my door again, while the other was never scanned! I even asked if she needs to scan both and she told me she didn’t! It messed up my return on Amazon, it won’t update my return because one package is now lost.

I went in with a sealed package and got a quote for a customer. I even took a picture of the screen that had all the info to show the customer. Went in the next day with the same sealed package and they jacked the price up for the exact same service. I told the clerk I had a picture of the quote from the day before and he didn't even want to look at it. Went to USPS and sent it for a $1 more than the original price and it got there quicker.
UPDATE: sent an email to the address the owner provided and got no response.

!!!!! Be careful with this UPS location !!!!! this particular location insisted that I pay for a $1.93 poly bag and tagged on an extra $0.07 donation that I explicitly refused even though all other UPS locations do not charge for the UPS poly bag. After shipping with UPS all this time I have to say this has been the worst experience both in terms of their horrible customer service and dishonest practice.

*EDIT: Response to owners comment - I dropped the box at a different UPS store that didn't try upcharge me with a $2 bag. Get a clue.*
Employee told me I couldn't ship a box with a picture on it, tried to sell me a $2 plastic bag to put the box in. That's not real. Feel free to reach out to corporate for proper training.

Every now and then I walk into a business and get excellent customer service. And that is exactly what happened today. Customer service representative Jayme gave me the best customer service I could have possibly expected. She was very kind and helpful. And really took the time to show me how everything worked. I would come back to this UPS store because of her customer service excellence. I see her going far in the company. Thank you again Jeremiah Crawford
