The staff here has always been nice to me, quick to do our deposits and change orders, and has never made a mistake. It's easy to get to this branch because it's on a corner, too.

This bank is absolute garbage. So sick of the delay for pending deposits. It's always U.S. Bank holding up the transactions for approval and the best answer you ever get is "probably tomorrow". I'm always stuck without my funds waiting for US bank (in the year 2023) waiting for their ancient approval system to make the funds available. This is the final straw being financially stranded waiting on them. I've used this bank for years but I'm finding a new bank ASAP. Use any other bank. Keeping money under a mattress would be better than using this bank, at least you would have your money on time. Why does it take US Bank twice the time of almost any other bank to process a transaction and make funds available? Sick of an entire day going to crap just because the bank drags its feet processing my own money. Time to kick US Bank to the curb and I encourage all others to do the same unless you like your money being held hostage. Try an online bank as they typically can offer better perks than a physical bank and I'm confident ANY bank beats USB in terms of transaction approval.

3 out of 3 times now I've deposited a check and the teller has put it into the wrong account. Each time I've explicitly stated which account I want the deposit in and yet I get the receipt only to see it was put into the wrong account.

After 40 years as a customer I'm closing ALL my US Bank accounts and my Safe Deposit Box. With NO warning this company arbitrarily closed my VISA Card. For not using it in a year. I have impeccable credit and pay my balances off each month. Due to their cavalier attitude, and the fact they are closing branches all over Denver I can no longer do business with them. I saddens me that customer service has become a thing of the past. Avoid US bank for your financial needs, it's not worth the hassle and they have absolutely NO customer loyalty.

Didn't realize branches were appointment only when we came 7/20. Called in and set an appointment for 3 pm on 7/21. When we arrived for our appointment, believe it was Heather, stated that I had never made an appointment, and was extremely condescending. She verified she was the person working who I would've spoken to on 7/20, but refused to take any responsibility or make an exception and take our meeting, instead she continued to go on about how I'm wrong, hadn't called them, and never set the appointment. We decided to call another branch. Checked my phone history just Incase I may have spoken with a different branch. To my surprise, Heather, was completely incorrect. We had spoken for 4 minutes on 7/20. Not only is Heather rude, which she must assume isn't obvious by speaking in a perky tone, but also incompetent.

One of the worst branches I've used. Tellers are slow specially when there's a crowd in the lobby and the drive thru which should be quick buts it's even slower. When it does get busy in the lobby to the point one of the "bankers" needs to step up you can enjoy watching them sulk noisily from their office and stomp their way behind the counter to help with a begrudging attitude. There's a good amount of elderly and retired folks in the area and the trip to the bank may be the highlight of their day or the one thing that gets them out of the house, it's not hard to be a little kind and make their transaction easy and simple without a scowl on your face. All in all an unprofessional representation of a great financial institutions.

I have been with this bank for 30 plus years and have only had 1 problem with them. That problem was quickly solved with an apology. The staff has changed over the years and so has the management but I have always been treated very well and all of my dealings have been met with a smile and courtesy. They have always been positive and helpful in everything I have needed. Thank You US Bank !!!

If I could give this bank a 0 I would. Employees do not acknowledge your speaking to them. I called and the girl argued on the phone me then put me on hold while I was speaking. She never came back to say that there may be a short hold. I called back but never got any kind of apology. Very disappointed with this establishment.
