I've been welcomed and efficiently helped each time I have come into the Arvada Branch. I was in there last week and didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. Each teller working there was cordial and seemed to get the transactions done quickly and thoroughly.
I'm sorry that many reviews for this branch here on Google are so negative. I hope those things have been addressed and the branch employees will continue to serve their clients well.

Don’t bother going here and asking simple and basic questions about your bank account. A teller lied to me when they didn’t know the answer to a very, very simple question and it ended up costing me money I don’t have. Thanks US bank.

Went there to talk to a banker about loan options. Had an appointment scheduled. Even got a call from someone days beforehand to as details about the appointment so they could work some stuff up and be ready for us. Only to show up and nobody knows anything about the appointment, the person the emails said we're supposed to have the appointment with isn't available and then the guy we finally get to talk to just says "yeah just do all that online, there's really no reason to talk to me in person".

If I could give no stars that's what this branch deserves. After calling to confirm they would cash a check issued by them they refused after admitting they gave wrong information. Then refused to open an account to deposit the check and give a portion of the check until it cleared. Absolutely horrible bank they need to be shut down.

Not helpful. Couldn't do something I was told by multiple people over the phone they could handle at the branch level. Wait in line forever and never get the help you need.
Take your money elsewhere.

This bank is terrible for drive up service. Waited in line for 20 mins and set in station for another 22 mins.
Thay can never get it done in less that 15 mins on a good day.

The staff here has always been nice to me, quick to do our deposits and change orders, and has never made a mistake. It's easy to get to this branch because it's on a corner, too.

Business account with US bank for 25+ years. Finally had enough nonsense, we will be switching to Key bank. Always a long wait, never get back to you when they say they will, almost every time I go here there is an issue. As a formal teller, I'm not sure what their excuse is. Get it together. I will say the location in Golden is pretty decent.
