My mail has been lost whenever I put it in the outside mailboxes. This is way before they removed the mailboxes were removed! It doesn't make any sense when you actually go to the Post Office and mail your mail, and it doesn't reach its destination!!! That is just unacceptable and a inconvenience. You can only do so much online when it comes to emailing or paying bills, but I prefer to mail birthday cards and such through the mail!

The package says delivered. Hi, I never thought I would do this but I got a $200 Gaming headset and it got delivered to the right unit but the name was wrong. Which if you didn’t know they have a policy where if ur name isn’t on the mailbox they bring it back to usps. So you would think the package would be at usps but it isn’t for some reason. So where is it, idk need a manager and or head clerk apparently to get the return order number. Which I have tried getting 3 times and wrote on a pink sticky note my name and number the first time. No call back. Go in A second time fill another white piece of paper out same info. No call back again. Mind you they lost my package. I go in a third time no manager idk how I go in a random days and times and there is somehow no manager or head clerk. So I fill out another piece of paper. I wonder if the head clerk and manager even goin into work or work remotely. I’m confused how they don’t have a single person for return numbers and then don’t even call you. The craziest thing is my package says delivered!!! Where is it tho!! Not in the back of their store that’s for sure or in my mail box. Hopefully someone sees this. Skullcandy wants me to eat the money!!! Thanks usps real help!

Only 3 stars because there is no air conditioning so this place is a sauna!! It's actually ridiculous. I cannot believe people are expected to work in that, but to expect customers to wait in line in that is even more ridiculous.
That said, I own a small business and will go out of my way to ship my items at this post office because the people here actually work and are so friendly. I just try to go before noon.

No stamps! Never dreamed I would go to a post office and they would have no stamps except out of the machine. They use to have a variety of stamps and that’s part of why I really liked going there. They have amazing counter staff. I’ve heard it is under new management- maybe that’s why they didn’t have any stamps? Crazy!

The workers are lazy, will lose your mail if held at the front desk, and give you false promises to "help" you. Highly recommend using FedEx or any other options if you want your mail on time or at all.

Everytime I need to get a package it says attempted delivered while im home and no note is left on the door and it ends up getting returned to sender. Im pretty sure they don't even try to deliver packages they just lie about it.

The post office delivers Junk Mail very much on time. I received My international mail notice 8 days ago and posted the second deliver notice as specified. Now I still have not received the mail yet. It will take more than three time of the duration the letter got out of China Border. Speech less. Post office provides only negative service to customers nowdays because you will need to pay them not to deliver junk mail, and do not deliver the mails you pay it handsome fee.
