This post office is the worst. I had an issue with my mail that took three supervisors to try to resolve it took weeks nearly a month to get it somewhat resolved. I still don't get mailed the way I should I had a package that said it was in their hands since yesterday morning at 4:00 a.m. I talked to a supervisor who said they didn't have the package yet. I checked on the website it said they have my package but I still didn't get it today. I wish Amazon and people I buy from you would not send things through the post office. I'm just hoping they didn't completely lose my package I have zero faith in this post office.

This location is open until 2pm on Saturday rather than the 1pm of most other locations in the area. 5 stars from me just for that.

I can't get ahold of an actual live human agent i got an email from my informed delivery that my package is missing that was to be delivered today no problems trackingit yesterday no problems this morning but now at 11 its missing... no one of you usps rejects stole my package let's be honest and now I can't get ahold of anyone

I have lived all around this country in my 44 years.
This is without doubt the very worst post office I've ever seen anywhere. They constantly misdeliver and then lie about it, they are incredibly rude, and they are bone lazy.

Bad service. Walk in hours not respected, the website doesn't provide accurate information. After waiting for 30 min, were told passport application could not be processed even though only one person was in front of us at that point and supervisor specified it takes 15 minutes to process (we showed up at 10:05, there were two people in front of us, after the second one was called at 10:30, were told in an unprofessional manner that we're not going to be seen). The supervisor, Jeff, was lost and completely overwhelmed with inquiry about the processes in place to resolve any issues and was unable to coherently answer any questions about the process. He and a clerk Gina confirmed that during designated hours for passport applications, the clerk responsible for those, prioritises other tasks, including her breaks. Jeff and the clerk said their expectation is that people show up at 9 to wait for walk in hours that start at 10 and wait; we were with two small children and the application requires both adults present. Jeff was unable to answer how people are supposed to know about this before hand. He suggested people call, which isn't specified on the website, which iust states walk-in hours between 10-11. Overall an infuriating experience, Jeff is unfit for his position. Clerks Gina and Blake unprofessional and rude. When asked, employees were unwilling to provide any information to further identify them, after we stated that we will be proceeding with complains. Choose any other place.

Went here for a passport appointment. The appointment was quick and easy. All the staff I spoke and saw while waiting were very friendly.

I’ve lived here for years. My mail carrier would pick up any small packages I had for outgoing mail. Last week that stopped happening. I sat my mail out. They delivered my letters and my small package was sitting right next to it and just they just left it. So today it happened again and she just left it laying there. She’d already walked up to my mailbox and put one letter in. All she had to do was grab my little package. I chased her down and I said excuse me, can you take my packages? She says “well I will today, but you no longer have the mail carrier you used to have and so now you’re going to have to call the number to schedule a pick up”. What???? YOU WERE ALREADY HERE!! I’m sure going to miss my last mail carrier. He TOLD me to leave out anything I needed to go out and he was happy to take it. That is true customer service. This was not. So sad.

I went in early March 2024 to have a mailbox rekeyed. For no reason the mailbox lock continues to be changed multiple times. It's a waste of USPS resources and my time to visit the post office as no one answers the phone.

I cannot for the life of me, figure out why this or any other office for that matter has a phone number! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.
