My experience with Vacuums R Us & Sewing Too --Arvada Store was spectacular. Initially, I worked with Dina. Subsequently, I contacted Isabella. Both Team members were SO kind, attentive and helpful. My Dyson may be on the way to recovery thanks to this store. I'm a happy camper and SO grateful for the amazing customer service provided.

Absolutely the best customer service around. I live out of state but found their YouTube and used it to fix a vacuum. Ordered a piece that didn’t fit right and they replaced it for no charge and helped me to figure out the issue. I haven’t had more comprehensive service anywhere. I would recommend these guys to anyone! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you Vacuums R Us!!!

Don't Bother with this place, The lady up front was Rude and Confrontational, I drove across the City looking for a Belt for a Vacuum, Evan after trying to show her the belt part number and the design of belt (flat ribbed belt )she said that hoover never had this belt or this manufacture never made this belt for Hoover and tried to give me a cogged belt she didn't even look at what I had (I did not have model number of vacuum sticker was missing)I tried explaining that and what other belts might work (off of my research)she said I was wrong and she got more aggravated grabbing her belt out of my hands (after leaving this place I did do more research and found that the manufacturer of my belt was the people that made the belt for Hoover and no longer made this belt )if the lady would of listened to what I was saying and tried to look part number up she would seen exactly what I was telling her instead she just acted like she knew it all (obviously she did not )

Me and my partner came in thinking we had to do extensive repairs. Aiden had unclogged and put our vacuum back together in 5 minutes, sold us a new filter, and gave some amazing maintenance tips. Will definitely ask for him specifically next time we need repair.

Have tried calling 4 times in the last 48 hours and no answer. Not great business for someone who is in the market for a $1000+ vacuum, IMO.
