Pharmacy and employees who are in the pharmacy are worthless. Horrible for anyone who needs their medication.

Dear Walgreens Corporate, if you're going to close down 1,200 locations. Include this one in your list of cuts. The staff is miserable, the store inventory is a joke, and it's been years since you ran a rake across your trash and weed filled landscaping. Sell this location so a business that is invested in their customers and their community can fill this neighborhood embarrassment.

Absolutely. Sucks There's never a pharmacist on duty, they're never open when they're supposed to be, always close early. How frustrating when they're the ones that are in charge of people's medications.

What a horrendously incompetent pharmacy. Didn’t have a pain prescription after the doctor called it in twice that I needed after wisdom tooth removal. Now I’m in excruciating pain and am having to transfer it to a different pharmacy as I still don’t have it 24 hours after surgery. Avoid this location if you are able to do so. I should have just used the king Sooners from the beginning hoping they have it.

It's always a headache. They're never open. There's never a pharmacist on duty. They never have the medication you need or always have to order it. Always closing early or during business hours.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Run as far as you can from this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Beyond lazy and incompetent- you will hound this group for your medicine until finally someone says "oops it was here all along, sorry for the 1 week wait". Disgusting.

I will add to their bad reviews. They have a huge sign that states no appointment necessary for vaccines. The pharmacist asked me if I had an appointment we said no and your sign says walk-ins welcome. I was told that I needed to make an appointment. The appointment was made for one hour later. My wife was with me and she also wanted a Covid shot. They were going to schedule her appointment a half hour after mine. I was also looking for a passport photo and was told that they were not set up today for that and I would need to go to another Walgreens. So much for customer service. Guess I will look to get our Covid shots and passport photo elsewhere.

This has to be the most disorganized Walgreens pharmacy there is. My husband was just there today and the tech told him the prescription wasn't ready. My husband even showed him the "paid for and ready screen" with the QR code you get in the app and still said they didn't have it. I called, they have it. Went back and had to spell my incredibly complicated name out for him... "J-o". Ohhhh there it is. If this were the first time we had a story like this I would just assume they had a new guy or something but this has happened repeatedly and they literally couldn't care less to try to solve the problem. They just like to say "no" so you come back at least once I could tell lots of fail stories about this location but I'm finally taking the time to warn the rest of you to save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Probably just avoid Walgreens altogether like we plan to do.

Meds ordered Friday morning prescription not filled by 3 pm then they closed til Monday. Tried to pickup on Monday at 2:15 told it was not ready come back in 15 min went back at 230 sat in drive thru until 330 then told I had to come inside for pain pills. I just had a total knee replacement so they finally let me have my prescriptions. I'll be changing pharmacies. Walgreens will not get one more penny from me.

This location is busier than most local Walgreens. I guess with it being right off Sheridan and adjacent to a King Soopers it gets more foot traffic. I think most Walgreens customers just pop in and out. Don't think I've ever seen one absolutely slammed with customers though. Small fragrance section. You can buy the usual over the counter medicines as a Target, Safeway, or King Soopers. You could do a full grocery shop here but that would probably cost you a second mortgage. If you want to grab an ice cream, bag of sour patch kids, or a red bull this is a reasonable option for sure. Christmas or birthday cards? Check. Toys for kids? Check. Toys for pets AND treats? Check and check. A regular one stop shop where you can even get a passport photo taken. Film developed. And packages delivered?! It's not super common, yet. But I've had band merchandise delivered here. It was cheaper than to my house for some reason so I said why not. Stopped in and have them my ID and my hoodie was delivered easy peasy. I guess to cut down on commute time or carbon output some companies are delivering to one central spot and allowing people to pick up said items as their leisure. This location like most has a pharmacy with a walk up counter as well as a drive through option. They also offer Covid testing via the drive through but not as many test options as other nearby Walgreens. Other locations offer rapid and PCR testing and you can register online the same as you would for in person vaccines. Generally a speedy checkout with a cashier. Always employees stocking shelves and they'll ask if you need assistance finding anything or finding you name brand or a comparable product. Thanks for taking care of us Walgreens!

I understand our pharmacies are short staffed and overworked. But please learn how to communicate better: 1. Learn how to not hang up in people l, esp when they’ve been on hold for 30+ minutes: 2. If the walk-in pharmacy is closed, put a sign on the front door so we don’t park and walk to the back finding signs telling us that only the drive through is open.
