I love the location of this Walgreens. I don’t even have to get on Wadsworth to get to it from my neighborhood. When I need one or two items, I usually find everything I need. Everyone is very friendly and if I need help there is always someone available. Even if it is really late.

30 mins to try to get someone on the phone - it rings, then they put you on hold and 3 min later it rings again and they put you on hold, and again and again. Clearly they don't want to asnwer to the phone. Very bad services!

This location has horrible customer service. The manager was basically refusing to honor the prices on the tags.. I was spoken down to & treated like a thief for explaining that the price was different on the tags. She literally wouldn’t walk back to look & when I did she yelled behind me “it won’t make a difference”. Once I showed her the tags & she was proven to be wrong she didn’t even have the decency to apologize for how badly she treated me. I had more to buy & since there was a line building behind me I told those ppl they could go in front of me. When I went to walk to the back of the line Star, the manager, accused me of trying to steal the other things in my cart. If you want to be treated awful then go to this location. If you want to be treated like a person I suggest going to a different location.

I love this Walgreens the only thing I don’t like about it is Jesse in the pharmacy. I’ve never met anybody so rude and for no reason at all you walk up to the counter at the pharmacy and if she’s there for some reason, she’s got an attitude every single time you see her and who ask people what medication they get there to get how do you know what medication you’re there to get your doctor name and medication half the time you can’t even say it. i’m here to pick up whatever my doctor called in for me can’t you look that up and my name and my birthdate just unbelievable this is the first pharmacy I’ve ever had anybody ask me those questions and then she’s just completely rude about the whole interaction and she’s a manager, please somebody tell me how a manager gets in this position and can treat people like this i’m completely floored anybody who works with the public does not have the right to treat people like this I see people in public daily and walk by and say hello, but she can work with the public and treat people like this. She needs to have a job where she doesn’t work with the public and nobody has to deal with her.period!!!!! If you don’t like what you do find another job and move on instead of treating people who are sick like garbage! This is unacceptable!

The pharmacists here are not professional. They told my husband today that he cannot get a TB test and a flu vaccine on the same day. I called them to inquire about the research on that, as this is not accurate. The 2024 CDC research states the opposite. When I called Walgreens to ask them where this research was, I was met with irritation. The two women who were assisting me told me that they told my husband that “it could affect his TB test result and that he had an option to still get the flu shot if he wanted.” When I called my husband back, he stated that this was not true and that they told him he could not get it the same day. I am a nurse and I realize that we are not always accurate when it comes to practicing medicine. Humility is important and being able to admit when you are wrong is vital. They were unable to do so with me on the phone. I won’t go into my own personal experience with their pharmacy manger just a few days ago when I got my flu shot there. This is not a trusted Walgreens location.

Eileen Munoz, the Pharmacy Manager, is the best in the business. I will never go anywhere else. She is kind and accommodating. Her assistant, Patrick, is equally kind and helpful.

I don't think I deserve to be given an attitude. If I bring a bicycle to the drive-thru, you may have a policy that you can't help bicycles that come through the drive-thru, which makes no sense considering we're literally allowed to be on the road with cars going 50 plus miles an hour, but a drive-thru is too dangerous 🤔
Just didn't need to be greeted in such a rude way. Most of the time they're nice, but if you do something like bring a bicycle to a drive-thru, they will talk to you like you're an idiot in a very rude and annoying tone

Always shop here since it's so close to my house. I have been waiting for two weeks for the doggie pee pads xl to come in since they are on sale and was told that they would be in on Tuesday. I went today and was told that the person in charge of ordering the pet supplies did not order any ?

This was the only Labcorp that had an open appointment before my dr appointment for there and their system was down so could not get my blood drawn. Called my doctor to fax it to them and their fax did not work either. I had to fast so was hungry and no coffee. Very frustrating making an appointment specifically to get in, drove 20 miles out of my way, but was a waste of time and gas because their system was not up to pull my blood order which this is the technology age should not have to bring in a paper order.
