You need to update your pharmacy hours. I’ve gone twice because the hours say you’re open and both times pharmacy is closed. Especially on weekends.

Walgreens is available Thru the US. I needed to pick up COVID test kits while on vacation and Walgreens was the first spot I thought of to get an over the counter test kit.
Back at home I found I needed to restock my supplements and took advantage of the monthly discount.
I'm starting to buy other household supplies there as well

Nice high school kids that work there. Management is lazy and rude. My mother is on a driving wheel chair and I'm her homecare take and I'll go over there with her. The high school kids that work there are nice and very helpful. The Management or leads are rude and act like they don't have time to answer a question. That site is not very busy there is no reason to be rude to the elderly. I would would give the young staff a 4 star. Management I would give 2 all because of their attitude.

The pharmacists are always super nice, and I haven’t had many issues getting my prescriptions. Thank you!

This location insists on "waiting for insurance approval" on medications I've let them know are NOT covered by insurance. I frequently have had to miss doses, to my detriment, because of their inability to follow instructions. I was assured I could pick up my prescription today, bit alas, the pharmacy is closed on Sunday. #Shocker
Worst customer service. 😑

It seems every Walgreens is struggling with their pharmacy and this one is no exception. Last Friday, my husband was trying to fill 1 prescription for my son who was sick. They said they didn't have albuterol inhalers but thay they could get one delivered from their fulfillment center. No one could give him an answer on when. He was hung up on 3 times. Then someone finally gave him some answers and said it would be ready in 30 minutes but when he got there, the counter was closed and they were only taking people through the drive thru which took an hour to get through. I don't blame the employes. When a company is this consistently bad at something it usually means poor leadership and low wages. If Walgreens is not going to fix these issues, why bother having pharmacies anymore when they are providing horrible service on a regular basis and they are trying to get by while barely hanging on by a thread for years. Sidenote... We had to get another prescription 5 days later, they called it into CVS in Target on 80th and Wads. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes picking up 3 medications and some extra OTC stuff.

I just came to this location 2-14-24 at 6:00pm to get a few things for my mother who is in the ICU at Lutheran hospital with respiratory failure from the influenza. The cashier, who was a young man, was telling a lady supervisor that he was very sick and had just gone to the hospital for a COVID test but he had NOT gotten his results yet.
He was NOT wearing a mask and was trying to check me out. He refused to put a mask on after I had asked him to and started giving me an attitude about how he didn't have one and it's not his fault. It's Walgreens.... I think they have masks dude! The supervisor was going to leave him at the register to check me out but I requested to have her come up so I didn't have to get close to him. I was trying to stay calm, but was extremely upset that the cashier would do that to other people.
My mother's life is literally hanging in the balance with respiratory issues and a kid at this location was refusing to take proper precautions to keep other people safe, even while he knew he was very sick and suspected he may have COVID.
Do you know why her life was put at risk? Because her doctor had the flu and wasn't wearing a mask. She's been in the hospital for 25 days now...
Some people make everyone around them sick and put other people's lives at risk because they won't stay home or at a very low minimum, wear a mask when they know they are very ill and contagious.

Moved to this pharmacy since the one on Sheridan and 64th has gone downhill. So far so good!

Scheduled a test 5 days in advance, showed up and told me they didn’t have anyone to do the test. Idiotic. Plus employees acted like it was my fault.

I’d rather drive all the way across town than ever go to this Walgreens again. I have been coming here for 2 years and NEVER had a good experience. The employees are rude except maybe 1 or 2 of the YOUNG employees. The rest are unbearable. The lowest stocked and least attended to Walgreens I have ever been to. And dear lord the pharmacy is a whole different monster. Just take my advice and drive a little further next time you need to go to Walgreens.
