I have been a loyal customer to this Walgreens for three years. I’m never going back this old lady. That is a very moody. she banned my friends because they were looking in the makeup aisle and she says she hates teenagers, but works at Walgreens right next to a high school. I feel like that is your choice on where you were work you could’ve worked at a different Walgreens if you don’t like teenagers I’m sorry, but if you don’t like teenagers, find a different Walgreens there’s literally one like a couple blocks away. That is not literally a two minute walk from a high school pick a different job or learn how to have customer service.

Had a prescription called in over 24 hours before I went to pick it up. Had to take the meds the night before surgery and after waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, they said they only had 1/2 of the prescription ready. They said they'd text me when it was all done. Never got a text, so went back and turned out it was ready the whole time. I've had a similar experience here twice now and honestly not sure how they're even still in business. Would not recommend and won't return.

The pharmacy here is pretty bad. 6 people working and they can't get orders right, no idea about what's in stock, just really poorly run. I visited 3 times to finally learn they didn't even have my prescription in stock. Looking at you, London. Work on your admin skills because this is ridiculous.

O usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but this is the 2nd time. Location on 64th and Simms everyone is usually nice, but Carmelita in a couple of occasions has been so rude. Today I pointed out a missed price item and told me to calm down. This is very unprofessional.

WARNING DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS LOCATION FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!! Since Jan retired they are absolutely the WORST.
My son had surgery on 10/08 at Children's Hospital. We left the hospital and were in the Pharmacy Line by 7:30PM. We pull up as it is finally our turn at 7:59 and the guy sees me, knows we have been in line, puts a sign I'm the window, and closes the blinds on me. I honked. He ignored me. I went inside and Damien went and asked them if they could get them for us since they were already ready. Seeing as how our son JUST HAD SURGERY AND NEEDED HIS MEDICATIONS BY 9PM.
The guy said no.. no offer to help.. nothing basically just to bad.. THIS IS SO NOT OKAY!!!
I WILL NOT LET THIS GO THAT GUY NEEDS TO LOSE HIS JOB!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LACK OF COMPASSION AND EMPATHY FOR A CHILD IN SEVERE PAIN WHO JUST HAD SURGERY.
You can see clearly we were and had been in line for a while so his excuse of "they just pulled in" was an absolute LIE.

I like this pharmacy. Staff are responsible nice, polite and helpful. I had my passport photo taken here, which turned out to be very nice, and also had Covid shots here.overall I’m really satisfied with this Walgreens.

Received email saying that all 3 prescriptions were ready for pickup. Go there only to find out that ONE is ready!! Showed them the email I received that said they were all ready! Would not look in the ready prescriptions, only going on what the computer said! This is not the first problem I’ve had at this location, but it is getting worse. How can an email go out saying they are ready without someone entering that they are?!?! Lousy customer service, no help to look into it.

The pharmacy was wonderful. They understood that I was in a rush and tried their hardest to get my medication ready for me and even tried to help me get it cheaper. Very sweet people here.

Is it in the female pharmacists job duties to be cruel, disrespectful, degrading and unkind? Is it her job to make sure that you feel unwelcome and treat you like scum on her shoe? Is it in her job duties to shame and humiliate anyone who comes in? If so, 10/10 work. She is deeply unkind and always has a snide comment, glaring dirty looks and is incredibly short with everyone.
She should be fired. Awful.

I’m posting this because this situation has disturbed me for the last couple months. This pharmacy is a disgrace. They will not go out of their way to help you, or make anything cheaper even if they know how. I’ve had my own issues with THIS particular pharmacy time and time again, but nothing beats the elderly couple in front of me, the wife was battling cancer and needed a Covid shot in between chemo, she needed it. Not only was it obvious she had cancer but she explained this to him. Not sure what happened but male pharmacist said insurance wasn’t covering shots anymore or something, and it would be $180 dollars. Each. She needed 2. No sympathy. If I was him I would be calling around to find a cheaper place for her to get it, they were elderly. He put absolutely no effort into anything with her. I so regret not paying for at least one shot for her, I’m sure it’ll bother me for years. That’s no better for me than giving $180 to a stranger I just met. Hire better people. Dude in his 30’s, ridiculous bird like haircut.

Worst Among Equals
My anecdotal experience is that there are no good pharmacies in this area. But Walgreens is the worst, at least in terms of filling prescriptions on time. This location has good people, I’ve never had a customer service problem here. But nothing is in stock. And they won’t start the process of figuring out how they’re going to fill my scrip until the very day it’s due. So I requested my refill yesterday and the system now estimates it will still be SIX DAYS before it’s ready. ARE YOU KIDDING ME
There is apparently no solution except to stop using Walgreens. So I guess that’s what I’ll do
