Not only have I been hit on and made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the man who works in the photo department to the point where I'm terrified to go in by myself, but I'm never notified of when my prescriptions are ready and they take days to weeks to fill (mind you it's vitamin D supplements not even a narcotic).

Ordered 50 Photo Prints from Google Photos around 8:30pm on Friday night and they were ready for pick-up about 10 mins later! I was definitely hesitant considering the other reviews but my experience was great. Hannah helped me out and everything was simple enough. Will be back!

I was in a jam and had to return a medical device but lost the return packaging. I came unprepared not having a printed label or package. Isiaah in the midsts of a lot of customers was able to get me situated with a package and was resourceful enough to get the pdf label from my phone printed and attached to the package. Some people have customer service and a can do attitude baked in their DNA, that's Isiaah. Hopefully I get him next time.

The pharmacy staff goes above and beyond. They all do such a great job. There is never a line and the staff is so helpful and courteous. I always have an exceptional experience.

Discrimination against veterans. Thankful that Walmart pharmacy was a complete opposite experience.

The incompetence of this pharmacy is outstanding. Then to add to the incompetence the staff is rude. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else

This pharmacy is the worst. It is impossible to get any of my prescriptions on time. Sometimes it takes 2-3 weeks to get them, resulting in me spending most of the month not taking the prescriptions that I need. Furthermore, you never know when there is going to be a pharmacist there. It says it is open online, the store says it is open, it is not during lunch hours, and yet, no one is there. The rest of the store staff don’t have any idea why the pharmacy isn’t open as well. Trying to get your prescriptions here is like having a second job. I have spent the last year hoping that they would get better because they are so close, but I am having all of my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy today.

I really like the pharmacist and staff at this location. They have created systems that make it very easy to know when my prescription is ready, pay in the drive thru or ask questions. They are very friendly and helpful!

the woman made it clear that she would not help us. she said they only do passport photos and do not do visa photos, which i know their system is encoded for. ???

Just had the rudest interaction I've possibly ever had in retail with Michelle the shift manager. We arrived to take passport photos with our children and after waiting 20 minutes for her to help us get them printed, she refused to do it for us (even after waiting in a long line TWICE) because every other employee went home and she needed to help other customers instead of us. She told us she didn't have time to help us and refused us service. She was incredibly rude and confrontational about helping us and refused us service for absolutely no reason. One of the worst employees I've ever seen in a business, she should be fired! Walgreens should be ashamed to have even hired her, especially in a shift lead position!

The on-staff manager or rather shift lead I dealt with on 11/5/23 gets 5 stars in unprofessional customer service skills. You are in the customer service industry and fail miserably. I called to verify if my lost credit card happened to be turned in and to leave my contact info if it did. I was hung up on for asking "With whom do I have the pleasure of speaking?". I called again and asked why did she hang up on me and her response was that she didn't give out her name and was told to stop calling before hanging up on me a second time. I will update this review with her name after I speak with corporate.

Avoid at all costs! I had a 4:15 appointment for a vaccination. I arrived at 4:25 and waited in line for about 10 minutes to get checked-in. I was told to take a seat and I would be called soon for the vaccination. I patiently waited for 65 minutes and then waited in line again to see if they had forgotten my appointment. Nope - I was second in line. Over the past 65 minutes, only two vaccinations were given. I left and scheduled an appointment with King Soopers for 6:15. I arrived at KS at 6:15 and had my vaccination by 6:25. Avoid Walgreens - their customer service is atrocious and they are never punctual.

Pretty much the most useless store ever. No one is ever at the counter- whenever a you do see an employee - they have a strong disdain for customers and love the idea of never helping. Being as unhelpful as possible. AVOID AVOID AVOID
