Every interaction I’ve had with staff has been wonderful! Kind, caring, and helpful. They made sure to fill my new-to-them compounded prescription before I ran out and helped lower my cost. They are not the closest compounding pharmacy to me, but well worth the special trip!

Great pharmacy, great people! Jenn the pharmacist is absolutely awesome. Always helpful and knows what to do if you have any questions about any medications. It’s not like the other big chain pharmacy’s and they really care about their customers.
We get home delivery for both pharmacy and home care and they are also the best! Very happy we found such a caring pharmacy to fill the needs for our disabled son

Where's the 6th star? Hands down the most competent, compassionate, helpful of any home health delivery. We've been working with Ward Road for many years on behalf of a family member, and every single person with whom we've dealt there has been kind and knowledgeable and generous. They are quick to send samples so you can try out X before committing to a monthly supply, and (literally) more than once they have rescued us when a messed-up prescription was sent to them. They worked with us and with the MD to get it corrected and corrected quickly. They have always made us feel as if we are on the same united team to provide the best care for our family member. Cannot recommend highly enough!

My mother is in an assisted memory care with dementia and they have recently switched to Ward Road Pharmacy. I HATE IT! They have no way of paying online, they send statements in the mail and the first one I received was 2 months 'late' and passed due for $100. I work in an environment where I cannot just call in the middle of the day. "Carol" called me everyday and the assisted living threatening to cease my mothers much needed medications after a VERY short time and very low amount. I paid the bill asap AND setup my CC on file. CAROL continues to harrass and threaten myself and the home for 2 weeks AFTER THE BILL WAS PAID. And surprise suprise weeks after I set all this up CAROL came threatening and harrassing over a 32.50 bill. Again! Eventhough my card is on file. Im actively pursuing the assisted living to use someplace else. Omnicare was FAR BETTER.
