I remember when this was a great bank. Sadly they never recovered from the Covid days. Wait times to meet with a banker are terrible. They allow you to make an appointment, but they don't honor it.

Their phone number is being spoofed by a company claiming to be Coinbase. Clearly the management at WF is full of idiots

Drive up ATM is down all the time. I have had an awful customer service experience here every time I go in. When I leave Wells Fargo this branch will likely be the reason.

I want to start by saying Yoselyn is wonderful! I had a rough 4 days going back and forth with WF support line, and a unsatisfying experience with the Wheat Ridge location on 44th and Harlem. Yoselyn was very kind and made my visit fast and easy. She also took the time to make conversation which I appreciated. Her kindness was what I need after a stressful 4 days. Thank you!

Don't bother coming to this bank if you're looking to pull out cash from an ATM. They only have one drive up ATM and half the time it's not able to provide withdrawal service at all. Trash branch from the trash bank that is Wells Fargo.

This is the worst bank and will never be coming back to this location. The so called manager Monica Jimenez was so rude, unprofessional and had a condescending attitude. I went in there for some assistance she was upset because an employee at another Wells Fargo sent me there and she started threatening saying she was going to tell on her to the district manager which was very childish and unprofessional. She kept interrupting me and is not helpful at all. She has no business being a manager and needs to take classes on how to treat people.

People were very rude and I think God I don’t bank here. Took my grandma through the drive-through to get money when we asked the teller to make it into lower denominations she wasn’t too happy about that. She still had some large bills in there so we pulled around to the front and I left my 94-year-old grandma in the car and I ran it. I told them that we just went through the drive-through and my grandma asked for smaller bills. I handed the guy some of the money we just got and asked for some tens fives and ones and they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t have her bank card. I even told him that we just got this through the drive-through but it didn’t matter. I’m very glad I do not have Wells Fargo for a bank and don’t plan on using them in the future.

Do not go to this branch if you are a commercial account. They will not give you change orders. I have been doing my change orders for 6 weeks with this branch, using the same verification process. They now are refusing to do my change because I am not listed. Only our company owner is listed. I have acct number, ID, am always in uniform and now all of a sudden they refuse to do it. The male teller is beyond rude and refuses to actually ask for help. He asked me to leave today without attempting to help at all! Beyond terrible service. I will now have to drive twice as far to another branch where they actually help their commercial accounts!! Go to 80th and wads, they always help right away!

The worst bank I have ever been to in my life. The lines are always long. The drive thru atm doesn’t have money. I had to withdraw money the other day and they were out of hundred dollar bills (how does a bank not have hundred dollar bills?) so had to get a couple thousand dollars in 50’s and 20’s. Tired of their endless excuses and apologies.

Why is it all banks are open on Saturday but the big branches. One on 54 and Wadsworth, a large branch, can't open like the little 3 teller branch In Brighton? Wells Fargo has changed and it is not for the better. I wish wells Fargo was back to helping people and not just the profits.

Stay away. Make the drive to the Youngfield location in Wheat Ridge if you need to speak with a banker.
