Do not use this ATM. They took $100 out of my account after I filed a claim when it was their faulty equipment. After they "researched" and didn't find an extra $100 they said it was my fault. No the next person who used it got that $100. I will be switching my account as soon as possible.

The review is not for the branch, but for Wells Fargo in general. I had a fraud charge of $499 in my business checking account on 11/29 and I noticed same day when it showed pending. I immediately called Wells Fargo to report the fraud. However, since then, no update email about investigation at all though I received the email about the case. Surprisingly I saw the pending fraud charge even got posted today. And for the whole time, they didn't give me temp credit either. I've never used the debit card and my Amazon account doesn't have this charge either. It should be simple to find out which Amazon account and the user and the delivery address for the purchase from Amazon. I even don't know how someone could find my debit card info which has never been used. I wonder whether Wells Fargo had any security breach or even internal employee used my card info since they have had claims that employees used clients money for their own investments.Wonder anyone else has had similar experiences? Hope the branch where I opened the account could help.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff are rude, and unhelpful. Came in to cash a check, the teller wanted to call the check holder to verify. After waiting for them to go through all of it, said they would not cash it. I’ve worked in banking- and never had an experience like this. This location, and this bank are the worst to work with.

I don’t often need to come into the bank but the last two times I’ve needed to, Kate Titus has been super helpful and understanding and had a clear understanding of how to do her job very well. I also don’t normally leave reviews but Kate has gone above and beyond to help me. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for a long time definitely recommend

Go somewhere else to put your money.Came in to cash a check that was a little over $6000, the manager looked at me in my jeans and work shirt and said she had to call the check writer to verify that the check was in fact legitimate. Once the check was verified she then told me that she could only give me $20’s lol what a joke this bank doesn’t carry enough $100’s to cover $6k. Then she told me that there was going to be a $7.50 charge to complete this transaction. I asked if this could be waived and she said “no” not possible. I said can we ask a manager and see if they might be able to… she said she was the manager and would not waive it. I ended up saying fine charge me but this is B.S. she then handed me my check back and said she was not going to cash my check and then proceeded to list off reasons why she wouldn’t cash it. After a couple of minutes of back and forth she finally cashed the check. Katie provided the Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!!

I had an appointment at this branch, to open an account for my son. Arrived to find out Adriann either double-booked or gave my appointment to someone else. Waited in line twice to ask about my appointment and the staff were very unhelpful. We are opening an account with another bank. You lost at least one customer today!

The Wells Fargo reputation is alive and well. They act with the utmost urgency to open an account, even when you never applied for that account, yet when there is an issue like fraud there is no urgency to remedy the situation whatsoever. The manager at this branch, Kate, exhibits that culture 100%. She is disrespectful and could care less. I would wager there's not a single customer service course taught for any of their employees. I would also add that your data is not safe at this bank and they continue to open credit cards without the due diligence it deserves. It's unethical and continues to be the culture. If this has happened to you, take the time to file with the BBB and Colorado Attorney General. Shameful way to make profits!

I've used Wells Fargo for a long time but they have been completely unreasonable while trying to open a checking account for my son. I was able to open a savings account for him previously with no problems and no ID for him. Then, after their online appointment making system did not work, I called for an appointment. When I got there they said they needed his passport. I went home and got it. Then they would not accept my drivers license because it had expired 3 days ago. I'm switching banks for my entire family. Capital One actually looks like a better deal.

*UPDATE, WELLS FARGO RESPONDED TO ME BY EMAIL AND TOLD ME TO OPEN AN INVESTIGATION AGAIN AND CALL THEIR CLAIMS NUMBER. AFTER TELLING THEM I DID THAT 6 TIMES LOL. WHAT A CROCK OF SHI** *NOTE MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED* Wells fargo is the worst bank in the world. Wells fargo's customer makes me sick to my stomach. I made a transaction for $1000+ and canceled it the same day. Seconds after doing it. I gave Wells Fargo the transaction number and reference number of cancelation from the company. I opened 6 different 'investigations' over 8 months and gave them this information over and over. Wells fargo proceeded to call me a liar and closed every case without giving me my money back. Everytime I went into a bank location, zero help from the managers/employees. *Arms up in the air* "sorry, call the number." ??? I canceled a transaction, the money goes back to my account. It says that on the screen of whatever you're on "money will go back within 7-10 business days." An air-headed manager at wells fargo told me that because wells fargo doesn't have a relationship with a certain company I should use companies wells fargo had a relationship with...? Wells Fargo deals with any company, it's money. The way I've been turned away in their locations, and on their special phone number is complete garbage. Not one person I've spoken to on the phone or in their banks has any brains or customer service skills. I'm still out $1000+ that's mine; I have the reference number of cancelation. It's such an easy fix. A transaction was canceled, give the money back to the customer. Wells fargo continues to hold my money hostage and call me a liar. We are in a 'pandemic', they make you wear masks in their store. But for my situation, while many are struggling, they're robbing me of my money and offering ZERO help. Worst bank ever.

I usually don't have any issues at this location but Ginny has been pretty rude and passive aggressive to my employees dropping off deposits. "Bring your deposits more frequently, we may not be able to accommodate you next time." What does that even mean? Sorry pandemic has left us short staffed and unable to do a daily deposit but there shouldn't be any issue depositing money into an account we have with you. Please be nice to my employees and let me know if they are unkind to you in any way.
