If no stars were a thing that is what this pharmacy would get. I've had multiple issues and this is the final straw and the reasoning for my review. Was told I'd get a text when my meds were ready, the text never came, went the next day to check and they said they are ready but they are going to lunch and I'd need to wait until they got back even though they were sitting there with my meds in hand at 1:29. Apparently lunch is 1:30 to 2pm for all 5 people who are in there. Apparently they physically were in capable of ringing up my medication that was in their hands and passing it through the window today. I'm over this and I'm done being patient due to "covid excuses"

Very unprofessional. Was sent a text that my medications were ready for pick up. After waiting 20 mins in line I was told it be another 30 while the second one was being filled as it just was restocked. I waited and then talked to a different pharmacist and was told they have neither medications in stock and haven't for a while. This was information I was never told, clearly as I was told I was just waiting on the second. Was there for 40 minutes, just to be told I should "try another location". That's exactly what I'll do, never use this location again. Out of my 3 recent pick ups from this location, 2 have been similar issues to this.

Pharmacy now closes early on Friday and is closed on Saturday. My husband needed meds since last Friday but because it was received "late" (2:30) they didn't have time to fill it. We had called also on Friday early in the day for 2 other prescriptions and were told they were ready. When I arrived at the pharmacy was told they weren't ready. Went back today (Sunday) and scripts still are not ready. Very poor service. We are going to transfer meds to another pharmacy so we don't have to wait for 3-4 days for prescriptions to be filled!

I've used this pharmacy for months with no issues until last month. I'm just trying to get my brain tumor medication and everytime I call they just keep transferring me to other people that eventually hang up on me. Nelly who works at this pharmacy hung up on me even after telling them everything! How can you be so heartless?! I guess I'm moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy that actually cares. Very upsetting. I know pharmacy's are short staffed but this is not ok. Also they were only open until 3 pm on a Friday and closed all day Saturday! This is ridiculous

I am beyond grateful to the pharmacist working tonight, I have long Covid and had to quit my job for now, so I'm in the process of getting new insurance. I worked with a broker and got scammed, so I had to start the process over entirely. I ran out of a very important medication a few days ago, and feel so sick. I won't have coverage with my new insurance until March 1st. The medicine out of pocket is over $700. I calculated how many pills I would need, but then the pharmacist said she had some things she could do with Good RX and coupons, and brought if down to $122!!!! She literally saved my life! I will always be grateful!. Thank you!!! You know who you are!!!!!!

I created an online appointment through Labcorp.com at this Walgreens and arrived 20 minutes early and went to the pharmacy to check in. Two different pharmacists looks at my paper work and QR code and said they knew nothing about Labcorp or blood draws and that I must be mistaken about there being such a facility nearby. I searched the area for 2 hours trying to find the Labcorp facility before returning to Walgreens only to find the Labcorp signage and entrance door 20 feet away from the pharmacy (but inside Walgreens). How could they not know! I wish I could give zero stars.

This place is absolute trash!! The people in the pharmacy have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They will give you the wrong medicine. They won't order the medicine they're supposed to order. Please do yourself a favor and do not come here.

I have been getting prescriptions here for years. I use their app to refill my prescriptions and usually it's super simple, and I just breeze through the drive-thru when my prescription is ready. About a month ago, I picked up a prescription for 60 pills and didn't realize at the time they only gave me 30. When I went to refill, it was denied because it was not eligible for an "early refill". I called them to let them know they shorted me on the pills - I had the bottle which in no way could hold 60 pills. The pharmacist was a real nasty SOB who told me to come in and bring the bottle. I went in, I brought the bottle, and after a moderate wait in line I got to the counter and they just gave me the rest of my prescription. Did not ask for the bottle. Didn't even ask to see an ID. The pharmacist on duty, who was not the one I spoke to on the phone, asked a few sort of invasive questions about how I take the pills. I take them as prescribed. As it's printed on the bottle. But she decided to quiz me on how and why I took them. But I got the remainder of the prescription and was told when it was refill time to just refill as usual. As I was running out of the remaining pills this time I did the online refill (I have 6 remaining refills). At first it was business as usual, then the status suddenly changed to "Delayed" in the app with a note that the pharmacist was "reviewing" my prescription. After 2 days in "Delayed" status I called, since I was down to my last pill. I called in the morning and was told the prescription would be ready that day. The status never changed. Since it was a Friday, I wanted to get it resolved before my doctor would be out of the office for the weekend in case Walgreens denied me my pills for whatever reason, since I would be out by the next day. I called Walgreens and sat on hold for 28 minutes waiting for a pharmacist before I decided to call back on another phone and talk to a human again. While still on hold for the pharmacist I spoke to someone named "Ms. Neighbors" who basically told me the pharmacists can only be spoken to physically, in person, and I should have come in physically to talk to them. And made it sound like the pharmacists were some feared rank in the company that cannot be questioned and they do what they want when they want. She informed me that my prescription has a note on it and I need to come in physically to pick up the prescription. No reason why. I questioned this, and said I wanted to be sure I wouldn't be put through the ringer again when I come to get my prescription, and she informed me she was "spitting truth". Sure enough, I come in the next morning, wait in line, and finally get up to the window and am told my prescription hasn't even been started. I let them know that Ms. Neighbors had spit the truth to me that I could just pick it up. The pharmacist, a really nasty, hostile 20's/30's woman, told me they were slammed and the cashier told me to "have a sit". I had been trying to do the right thing all along - use the app, pre-pay, use the drive-thru to keep our social distance. Instead, 2 times in a row I had to unnecessarily go in physically to beg for my prescription. I am changing pharmacies. Walgreens is a kafka-esque nightmare now.

Malwina S.- the 'pharmacist manager' will likely refuse service to new patients and/or exploit her frustrations on them for being overwhelmed by staffing shortages and the pandemic. Of course, everyone is aware of these things yet she feels empowered by belittling people and refusing service to them. As a manager with this company for 17 years she is hardly qualified to handle the pressures of "unprecedented times" and filling prescriptions in a professional manner. As a reminder all Walgreens calls are recorded for training purposes. Find a better pharmacist.

I've used this pharmacy since they opened, many years now. But the drive thu lines are getting worse and worse and the walk up counter can also be pretty bad at times. I'm ready to look for something else. Just bumped it to one star. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through line only to be told that all pickups are inside. Why? No explanation. No sign outside. I think each car in front of me pulled to the window and waited 1-2 minutes until being told the same thing.

I switched pharmacies from the KS across the street about a year ago (see previous review). It's a little bit more for prescriptions but having staff that recognizes me & treats me like a valued customer is important. The Pharmacy Manager Malwina is wonderful as is Brant. The other staff are all also lovely & they work really hard even with the pandemic. I actually got my flu shot from Malwina this year & I usually always go to my Dr's office. I just really appreciate their friendliness & making me feel like I'm at a neighborhood store.

Yea I would avoid this place like the plague...Went thru drive up pharmacy window and was treated so badly I would of left if I didn't need these insulin script for my mother. The lady was trying too explain too me for 5 minutes that there was a mix up on the script sent over from my doc.. she kept trying too give me something else that wasn't even on the script.. she got frustrated said the f word and was pushed out of the way by I assume the manager Mel that explained the situation clearly so I could actually understand what was going on with the script..I asked Mel for the individuals name that was so incredibly rude.. she refused too give it too me and stated they were working 14 hour shifts with no bath breaks... o told her I'm sorry but that was no reason too be so incredibly rude too a customer.. I asked too talk too a manager and she said she was the manager.. I told her the store manager.. she said he was out at the moment..I go inside and asked too speak too whom was in charge and talked too the shift lead Brittney and told her about the situation and we walked back too the pharmacy. Brittney told me too point out the individual that was rude and low and behold that person wasn't anywhere in sight. I told her I didn't see her and asked Mel for the name of the individual that was so rude.. Mel again refused. Brittney said I could just come back and talk too the manager Joe.. no help at all and you could tell she could care less about rude staff and helping out a customer..As I'm getting ready too leave one of the older ladies there Marsha I believe asked me what happened. I told her and she said that was definitely not right.. walked back again and the individual was no where too be found that was so rude.. and yet again when asked Mel refused too give the persons name..Just cause your having a bad day does nt give you the excuse too be a j***** also not giving that persons name shows you care 0% about customer service. This place sucks for customer service.. their ratings also show they really don't care
