Meds ordered Friday morning prescription not filled by 3 pm then they closed til Monday. Tried to pickup on Monday at 2:15 told it was not ready come back in 15 min went back at 230 sat in drive thru until 330 then told I had to come inside for pain pills. I just had a total knee replacement so they finally let me have my prescriptions. I'll be changing pharmacies. Walgreens will not get one more penny from me.

This location is busier than most local Walgreens. I guess with it being right off Sheridan and adjacent to a King Soopers it gets more foot traffic. I think most Walgreens customers just pop in and out. Don't think I've ever seen one absolutely slammed with customers though. Small fragrance section. You can buy the usual over the counter medicines as a Target, Safeway, or King Soopers. You could do a full grocery shop here but that would probably cost you a second mortgage. If you want to grab an ice cream, bag of sour patch kids, or a red bull this is a reasonable option for sure.Christmas or birthday cards? Check. Toys for kids? Check. Toys for pets AND treats? Check and check. A regular one stop shop where you can even get a passport photo taken. Film developed. And packages delivered?! It's not super common, yet. But I've had band merchandise delivered here. It was cheaper than to my house for some reason so I said why not. Stopped in and have them my ID and my hoodie was delivered easy peasy. I guess to cut down on commute time or carbon output some companies are delivering to one central spot and allowing people to pick up said items as their leisure.This location like most has a pharmacy with a walk up counter as well as a drive through option. They also offer Covid testing via the drive through but not as many test options as other nearby Walgreens. Other locations offer rapid and PCR testing and you can register online the same as you would for in person vaccines.Generally a speedy checkout with a cashier. Always employees stocking shelves and they'll ask if you need assistance finding anything or finding you name brand or a comparable product. Thanks for taking care of us Walgreens!

Called to have my RX transferred and spoke to someone on Monday 7/18/2022 they said sure we can do that now and you will receive a text as soon as its done. On Tuesday after no text was received I called and Becky said that they didn't receive anything. I explained again that I needed it today because I was on my last pill the day before. I have to take antibiotics 3 times a day to stay alive and this location has no sense of urgency. She told me that she checked to see if it was sent to another location and said no it had not been and they would get it done after lunch so I called back at 3 and spoke to Patrick and he told me that it could take another 24 hours and I said yes they told me that yesterday when I said I needed it today. He said well I didn't get a call yesterday so I said ok I am a liar I need my RX. He agreed to get it ASAP then I receive a call back from a female yelling at me saying that I called the wrong location that it was at 72nd and Federal and that I shouldn't call anyone a liar. I called that location and they did not have it but the nice man that answered called and go it taken care of in a few minuets. I called myself a liar and I now remember why I quit going to this Pharmacy location because the staff is incredibly unprofessional and moves at a turtles pace unless its lunch time. The aren't open convenient hours anymore and act put out by questions. Don't waste your time there are plenty of other locations to choose from the only reason I went was because my insurance no longer has a contract with CVS. I would be surprised if this location stays in business with this kind of staff.

Filled out the online registration form to get a covid test luckily it showed a time available the same day just later in the afternoon. I was given the appointment details after registration. When I got there I mentioned I was there for a rapid test the lady who helped me mentioned it's done through the drive through but it's not a rapid test I must be at the wrong location, I showed her the appointment details I was given, they couldn't find me on their list even though I was showing them the information on my phone given after filling out the registration online. I even confirmed is this your address for this location? Which it was the right location. She said if I didn't get an email that Information I showed was not a confirmation. Both of the staff acted like they were helpless to the situation, nor did they try to assist me in getting tested as I stood there not sure what to do, her suggestion was I go somewhere else.

This is one of the worst customer service places I think I have ever felt with. I will be recommending to anyone I know or I see to never use Walgreens. I call 5 times 2 times to pharmacy kept telling me to hold I was 3 caller then 2 then none them I would be disconnected.. one time I held for an hour and ten mins. Then I call the store and talk to a store manager.. or some manger in store... Called 3 times... Twice he put me back to pharmacy disconnected both times.. the last time they wouldn't even pick up phone. Horrible customer service.. will never shop here again..

I give up. Before Covid this location has lost prescriptions, didn't inform me that medication had a different manufacturer and when I tried to get find out why my meds looked different i was on hold 50 minutes then hung up on. Refills that were approved took 3 days to be filled. I doubt new location will by immensely different. I'm done.

I am leaving this message to let you know guys i sit here this morning and i watched Edward perez sit here and have a big horrible seizure this morning and all he needed was that medicine and well i have a friend drop him off the and because he did not have his medicine because he did not have $6.00 he was turned away ??? And guys my friend just droped him off he didn't have a ride home so can you guys think what happen to him i was not there so anyway hes a mess now here with me think god and all i got to say to you guys is if six bucks is worth more to you guys then a mans life then he will be looking for something else he can't be denied his medicine wen it comes to his life here and i feel really bad for him because hes all wet #1 hes really bad he is not going to make it back im on my way to get medicine now hope the help me i have your money your six bucks.

Wooow. Ten mins of standing, ONE PERSON on the phone and literally three others walking around the back - it's NOT NARNIA! What the eff are you doing? And is there a reason I had to announce my birthday, medicine, and the REASON I'm taking it as loud as possible for the store to hear??? Clearly the paperwork is just that, PAPERWORK!!! F****** horrible time in and it was my FIRST VISIT. Asian lady in the Pharmacy IS NOT LISTENING! Why did my medication get 'stored'? The f*** does that even mean? You literally told me seven days ago it was ready to be picked up - now I have to wait another f****** 20 F****** MINS!!??? Never coming back.

LOVE their beauty selection!! This is my primary pharmacy and I always use the drive thru and give them a fair amount of time to fulfill thw prescription. I also get email updates from the website to know when my Rxs are filled. I also recently used their photo service to print off of a disposable camera. Nice!

This review is mostly for Customer Service in the photo department I was really frazzled by my telephone app making some invitations that needed to be done so I went in to the store an employee Krista took time out of day to go step by step on the Kiosk an help me make the most beutiful invitations that could made myself Thanks Walgreens For hiring such a professional.
