IF YOU'RE THINKING OF SIGNING UP FOR XFINITY, DON'T DO IT. They have THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced.I have been a Xfinity customer for 3 years. My phone keeps randomly losing service. Sometimes I can't make calls, send texts or access the internet- mind you, I pay for unlimited data. I have been experiencing this issue for about a month now. I have spoken to about ten+ different customer service representatives and have even gone to the Xfinity store twice to get this issue resolved only to be told there's nothing they can do or that I need to contact the customer care team which I have done repeatedly. As of today, I am still experiencing this issue. What if there was an emergency and I needed to contact someone but couldn't because I keep losing service? It's so frustrating that I pay $123/month and can't use my phone when I need to and even more frustrating that Xfinity can't seem to fix this issue. I will be canceling my mobile service which is a shame because I really liked Xfinity.

Xfinity is the worst internet, phone, and Customer Service company I have dealt with. I DO NOT recommend using their services. Go to Verizon!!

We've probably all had underwhelming experiences with Xfinity and/or Comcast over the years. Honesty is the best policy, right? So I just moved to a new house and had to transfer over my internet. I was eligible to receive some new equipment. The new materials shipped lightning fast (almost too fast) and self-installation was relatively painless. The most annoying part is that you have to return the old equipment. They give you a window of time you must return it by OR ELSE. Kidding. I was dreading dropped this stuff off in person, because of flat out awful customer services experiences with Xfinity/Comcast in my lifetime. To my complete and utter surprise, the experience couldn't have gone smoother. I haven't set foot in one of these stores in a number of years, they've sort of taken the Apple Store approach in its layout. Here's how it went down: Them: Hello, how can I help you? Me: Returning some equipment. Them: Cool, walk back here with me. (walks to back of store to terminal) (hands employee equipment) Them: Would you like a receipt? Me: Sure. Them: Here you go, have a nice day. Me: Thanks, take care. This one minute interaction was mildly life changing. I've wasted countless hours in store or over the phone with them over the years. I still can't believe how efficient this experience was. Am I recommending Xfinity/Comcast now? I mean, I'm not willing to sign a blood oath just yet. But if this is the direction they're heading, sign me up!

Got great service from this place. My friend wanted to switch phone service and bring over a number, and it was done effortlessly, all while having a good time.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, money grubbing liars. You pay the premium for 1,000 mbps, but you end up with an average of 50-80 mbps at best. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IF YOU NEED SPEEDY INTERNET!

Went in to cancel our service a month ago, we were told it was cancelled. We are receiving bills for service dates after we cancelled. Have been on the phone for over an hour trying get someone else to cancel for us. Worst customer service every time you interact with this company. While using them, our internet went out at minimum once a week, sometimes we did not have internet multiple days. They had people come fix it, and it was down again an hour after they left. If you tried to report the issue, the customer service was no help besides saying "press and hold the reset button" which we told them we had done, they would just say to do it again. If you can go with any other provider, do so.

Echoing sentiments that this company provides internet service that is FAR slower and FAR more expensive (just got another price increase notice) than competitors. How they can stay in business is only explainable by the frustrations incurred from any efforts to contact the company, and the obvious training of their "customer service" to make every effort to give multiple "we can lower your service cost" pitches even after being asked (with much respect) "please simply allow me to cancel my Xfinity service." This only to be followed by more phone calls to make another offer to retain us...The most disgusting thing, and what has prompted this review (with an intended follow up on BBB and a note to the Colorado Attorney General), is the fact that, after cancelling service (and receiving confirmation of same), Xfinity billed an entire additional month of service. Upon contacting them via chat, they informed us that they will send a check in the next month to refund the difference (93% over charge!!!). If you want a refund sooner, you can try to call, or you "can look on the website for an email address."Thanks for the impressive customer service which codified why EVERYONE should use a competitor.Let me now walk through how to effectively short the stock of this corrupt organization...

After spending hours on the phone with tech-support, and even having a technician come to my house to spend hours replacing a cable I explained that I needed to cancel the internet service as it was not allowing me to do my job (xfinity bloacks large file uploads). The sales staff, then proceeded to man-Splaine to me what a contract is and charge me 200+ dollars to cancel a service that wasn’t working in the first place. They refused to help me try to recover any fees, and just gave me a phone number to their awful customer service line. Go with CenturyLink they’re cheaper and it actually works.UPDATE. They want me to waste more time with them by sending me a link for support ONLY after posting a negative review. Comcast are corporate thieves. It’s incredible what giant companies can get away with.

Total unorganized store. Waited an hour to simply pay for a device. What a joke.
