About Avis Car Rental
AVIS at Aspen/Pitkin County airport got simple and fast rental. The SUV was in excellent condition, almost new, and the price was very good. Customer service representatives was wonderful and very helpful. The counter attendant was courteous and very helpful. The great car served well. The rental was quick, easy, hassle free and they got the car very quick and got on the way.

I've called this location 30 times trying to speak to someone who works there and not at a call center overseas, and have basically been told by the call center employees that they never answer their phone. It's insane to me that they don't answer their phone.

Double check your credit card charge and your receipt. They charged more for my case. This is fishy business and I am truly disappointed

I’ve always had good experiences with avis. That’s why i keep booking it. This is the first time i have horrible experience with avis. The car had a smell and stains all over the chair. There’s definitely wrong with quality of cars they have in this location and management is not doing anything about it.
