“Had to change airport and last minute get a car for the pos Uber driver accepted the ride and then after we put the luggage inside the car said he did not realize it’s that far and refused the ride. Anyway went to the Budget people and asked for help. They helped us get a car, which was not easy to do for all were spoken for, so they went on a different lot, gave us a great car and we were able to go to another airport and catch the flight. Budget team- thank you kindly for all your help and not leaving us stranded.
